I got a referral from a friend to check this company out and got a free quote. They were pretty fast in responding and went over my concerns with me. My very pregnant wife kept hounding me to fix the damn roof. I'm an office worker, she misunderstands my abilities. Well I got the roof fixed with these guys and I saved money and face. Great company.

Thank you Gurjant! It’s amazing working you and your team! Let’s celebrate every success on our future projects!

Tucked into the lush greenery of West Vancouver, this recent exterior transformation was all about pairing sleek, modern architecture with long-term weather protection. We began by stripping away the aging cedar siding down to the structural sheathing, addressing the moisture challenges unique to the Pacific Northwest. To keep the home completely dry and well-ventilated for decades to come, we installed a high-performance rainscreen system that provides a critical drainage plane behind the new exterior walls. For the finished cladding, we chose a striking contrast of materials and textures. Large-format James Hardie Smooth Panels framed with sharp Metal EasyTrim in Midnight Black deliver clean, contemporary reveal lines along the upper elevations. We balanced this minimalist look with the horizontal texture of James Hardie Planks in Iron Gray, creating rich architectural depth that complements the home's coastal surroundings. Beyond the major boost in curb appeal, the fiber cement and anodized metal trim provide a virtually maintenance-free envelope that won't warp, rot, or fade under heavy coastal rains. If you’re considering modernizing your home’s exterior or upgrading its building envelope, reach out to our team to start planning your next renovation.Aug 17, 2026Call now
