All the staff were friendly and professional. They did a great job replacing all the flashing and collars of the ventilation on our roof. The cost was reasonable and workmanship was top notch.

Vantage Roofing recently installed a new metal roof to replace our asphalt shingles. We were completely satisfied with their work, their professional approach as well as the very positive communication with both the office (for estimate, samples, billings and communications) and the crew who came to site.

Vantage Roofing delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. Their estimate came with a full inspection report, complete with annotated photos, which made it easy to understand the scope of work. Communication was consistently fast, clear, and thorough. They provided two pricing options, including one slightly cheaper than the option we chose. For comparison, another company quoted nearly 30% more for the exact same Malarkey shingles and suggested we might wait up to four months. A third company wanted over $200 just to inspect the roof. Vantage stood out immediately. Once we accepted their quote, the job was scheduled within three days and completed in a single day. Cleanup was meticulous — they even used magnets to sweep for nails and staples — and the crew left our lawn and garden virtually untouched. Highly recommended.
