Stay away. These guys did torch on for my roof deck. 12 months later, tons of water and air bubbles causing leaks. Overall an extremely poor job. Gary is trash. Won't stand behind his work and will completely ghost you w promises to fix. Stay away from fraserview roofing.

Hi Rylan, I am sorry you had this experience. Fraserview Roofing did this job as a favour due to a mutual friend asking we please help you out. We had suggested the roof needs to be torn off and re-done for adequate protection. You refused due to the extra costs it would incur. Initially, we refused to do the job because of the risks involved with the installation method. You were informed of these as was the mutual friend but even though this was not recommended you insisted we proceed. You were informed that there would be no warranty on this job because it was not something we are comfortable doing. Once you called about the leaks we referred you back to the original agreement and that there would have to be done the original way which was suggested. Fraserview Roofing would love to correctly fix your roof but it became evident that this was not your intention.

We hired Fraserview Roofing to replace the roof on our house. It was quite a big job as there was 4 layers of previous roof to remove before the new shingles could be applied but Fraserview Roofing got the job done quickly and at a good value price. They started on a Wednesday and had the roof just about complete by Friday afternoon. They also did a very good job of the clean up after the roof was complete. I recommend them for any roofing work you may need.
