Tim and his crew were very efficient in retrofitting my decaying storm sewer on my older house here in Kerrisdale. He is good at explaining all the details at each stage and this is where his experience shows. There was a lot of manual work required to excavate where a machine was just not practical. In the end, the storm sewer was modernized and the yard cleaned up nicely. Great job !

I recently worked with Tim on drainage problems on my lawn. He was patient in assessing the root cause and proposing the expert solution. Reliable with many years of experience fixing drainage issues. Tim and his team delivered as promised! A shout out to the hard working crew of Alexander and Brock who also cleaned up each day before ending their day so the site was good for neighbours too. Tim even went over & beyond after digging the trenches, installing the pipes, and covering the trenches. He felt the lawn could look better and returned to pour more topsoil and grass seed. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with this company again. Trustworthy and knowledgeable, with a heart for the customer.

Kerrisdale Roofing did a great job on our roof, which was quite complicated - steep, many skylights, complex design - and came up with thoughtful and practical approach, professional and positive delivery, reasonable and transparent quote and pricing, very easy to work with. Recommend!

I recently hired this company to replace my aging roof and restore my crumbling chimney—and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first consultation to the final cleanup, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. No hidden fees, no upselling—just honest quotes and excellent value for the quality delivered.

"I had a great experience working with Tim and his team at Kerrisdale Roofing and Drainage. They came out to assess our drainage system and provide a quote for a potential new system. Tim has a wealth of knowledge, which was invaluable in explaining the unique situation of our 1939-built house and its unusual drainage system. What really stood out was how friendly and courteous his team was during their visit. They were not only professional but also a pleasure to have around while helping us figure out the best path forward. Tim also makes himself incredibly easy to get in touch with—he’s always available to answer the phone, talk, and respond to any questions. His expertise, combined with his approachable and informative manner, made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate. I would definitely recommend Tim and his team to anyone needing drainage or roofing expertise!"
