They charged : "take off gutter guard above downspout" but they did nothing. Not honor contractor. I. Don't recommend this contractor.

From the time I called and talked to Cory for a quote and was pleasantly surprised to receive it the same day, to the quick response when I had to change appointment days and to Mitchell and James who did a fantastic job! I just want to say how impressed I am with the work. I have never had trades people leave my yard cleaner than it was before they started. I really appreciate the care they both took to cleaning up everything. I will definitely call them the next time we need the roof cleaned. Thank you

I had West Coast Moss Removal remove and treat the moss plus clean the gutters at my house in Vancouver, BC in mid-August 2026. Excellent, professional service. Estimating, scheduling, and billing was done entirely online, no phone call required. (Note: there was a 3-4 week wait period after I booked the appointment, so book ahead of time.) The 2-person team wore uniforms, respected the property, and fully cleaned up afterwards. $1365 total. I absolutely recommend them.

We were extremely happy with the work that was done and especially appreciated the attention to detail including taking care to protect the plants and clean everything up afterwards.

I had Moss Removal done on my roof by West Coast Roofing as a return costumer. I am satisfied with the work done. Communication was clear when the appointment needed to be changed by the company for health and safety reasons with their technicians. The work was done efficiently and there was no debris left behind. Thank you.

Westcoast Moss Removal and Cleaning Service cleaned my roof in May 2026. Jesse and Catherine were very friendly and did a great job. I was surprised how fast they got the job done and they sent me some before and after pics so I could see the finished product. All in all, I was very pleased with the look of my roof after their cleaning and treatment and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof cleaned.

I would recommend them for sure. The worker that showed up was great and super friendly. We had bees that I didn't know about and he was stung a few times (thankfully okay!). They rescheduled for just a few days later and did a great job.

James and Catherinn did a great job cleaning the moss from our roof and unclogging the gutters. They were on time, polite, and made sure the property was fully cleaned up before they left. We’re very satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!
