  Horrible customer service never answer the phone or call back would not recommend Its been over 8 months and ive tried multiple times to have them service the solar they installed go anywhere else but here for your work

  They claim to Save you money in the long run but after a couple years I am paying SO MUCH more monthly AND I've had no help or servicing to find out why. The contracts feel incredibly abusive as if you don't scrape to get her enough in enough time you pay 100 MORE a month AND my True up cost me 700. I don't recommend this company and I don't recommend solar unfortunately. It seems like such a good Idea and that's how they sell you on it. I wish I never got involved with This company or Sunnova. Predatory loan system.

  I found their employee attaching flyers/business cards to mailboxes. This is illegal, and I filed a complaint with the BBB. Do your advertising legally.

We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure clear communication with all potential clients. I apologize for any misunderstandings or delays that occurred in your case. Our initial agreement to charge a fee for the estimation was intended to cover the costs of the travel and time involved, with the understanding that it would be deducted from the overall project cost if we were chosen for the job. However, I acknowledge that there were delays in scheduling the estimation and providing you with a definitive answer. This was an oversight on our part, and I apologize for any frustration it may have caused. We take full responsibility for not keeping you adequately informed during the process, and we deeply regret any disappointment this has caused you. In hindsight, it would have been more transparent for us to inform you upfront that the distance to your location could pose logistical challenges for us. Furthermore, after thorough examination of your solar equipment you purchased separately, and after careful consideration it became apparent that we were unable to install your equipment. We warranty our work, and we would be unable to warranty and install product that we do not provide. Our solar installation crew is trained to install specific equipment and this job fell out of our scope of work. I understand how you feel that we should have been forthright about our limitations and declined the opportunity rather than keeping you waiting for an extended period. This was something that our office took some time to figure out if we could work and warranty your product and install. I sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations in this regard. At W

  The process was easy and the team was polite and knowledgeable. As a female home owner there were a number of roofers that treated me as though I was completely uneducated on the process. However, WSC was not one of them. The options were great, the prices reasonable, and I was kept well informed from the first appointment until the project was completed. I had one small issue towards the end that was not their fault in any way, and they were still quick to resolve it at no extra expense. Very happy with the service, the crew, and the company as a whole.

  What an outstanding company! WSC was there for me when I was in a pinch. They put on a new roof in the middle of winter and the crew did a fantastic job. They were quick, thorough and very good communicators. I'm very satisfied with my new roof and recommend them to anyone that asks. A++

  Got the bid on my roof and gutters before he left. Very nice people. Kept in contact and answered all of my questions. The crew had to take an extra day or two because of course it was the week of a major heat wave. Everything was cleaned up every day, no nails, no garbage.
