  Employees did not speak English. Were left unsupervised 95% of the time. A licensed contractor did not oversee the job or inspect the job at any point. The entire perimeter had too long of nails (shiners) sticking out under overhang in plain site. Instead of removing (per contract R & R) the gutter guards that slide out from under the shingles, they nailed them to the roof and proceeded to nail the new shingles ever the guards...They then proceeded to fold the guards up toward the roof to clean all the debris from the gutters, there were handfuls. It destroyed all the guards and we can no longer remove them for cleaning. They do not lay flat anymore. CBX refuses to replace the guards to the condition they were found in. I have waited 5 months for them to fix their mistakes. They quit responding.

  Do yourself a favor and avoid CBX. Pick literally any other roofing company.

  The roofers were supposed to come at 10:30AM to begin repairs. We appreciated the later start time because my husband works late nights and needs to sleep in. They arrived at 6:30AM the first day, and 7:00AM the second day. Both days they let my dog out of the yard and my husband found our dog in the middle of the street.

  We had CBX replace our roof after a hail storm here in town. They were very responsive at the beginning when they were trying to acquire our business. After we signed the contract it all changed. I had called several times to get the schedule date and did not have anyone call me back after several calls. When I finally heard from them and received a date, we scheduled a few days before I left for vacation so that I could be home for the project. I had a large dog that would not have behaved well with them working and I wanted to be there to keep the dog from barking etc. They call me a couple of days before the start date and they had to push the project back. I wasn't happy but I understood. They completed the project within a few days. It took several weeks for the final inspection to come back. When they finally charged me it was much more than the original insurance approved amount. The original quote was $14,000 and the final bill was $21,000. My insurance ended up not covering all of it and money I was given for other hail damage repairs went to the roof bill. I was trying to work out the details with my insurance company to see if they would cover more as I was having to pay more than my deductible. Suddenly I heard from CBX all the time requesting payment. When I needed to get ahold of someone I never heard anything but when money was due they were contacting me often. I had a small portion of the final bill that was due after insurance basically told me I should have shopped around for pricing. I sent an email to the bill employee after I made a partial payment that I would pay the remaining balance in a few weeks. She said that was great. About a week later I get a notice in the mail that a lien was placed on my house. No warning at all. I could have found a way to pay this had I known this was going to be happening. My parents who had 2 roofs done by them received a lien as well around the same time frame. It understand the need to collect payment but I f

  Robert and the team at CBX did an awesome job with the roof on my dad’s house. He worked me with me from multiple time zones away to coordinate the project and was timely and honest. He worked with us to provide multiple material options to ensure we were getting the best value for the project. Highly recommend.

  Robert was excellent at communicating through the entire roofing process and his crew was absolutely amazing! The were diligent, and extremely hard working! They completed the project faster than I hoped for, worked long days through less than ideal weather, and did an excellent job cleaning up during the project and after!!! I’m blown away and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend.

  Highly recommend, these guys did a great job! Tore off my old roof and put a new one on in just two days. Looks great and even installed some roof vents for me at no cost. Would definitely use them again.

  Robert Weasley and his CBX roof crew did a wonderful job on our roof. Brand new roof in a quick amount of time. Done Dec. 2025, before the major rains in January 2026. We highly recommend this company.
