  Had an appointment scheduled for someone to come out to my house to look at my roof to give me a bid for complete removal of my old roof and installation of a new roof. The morning of I got an email reminding me that the representative would be there for the appointment in an hour. I then proceeded to receive a text message stating the same. My appointment was between 9-10am so I took the day off work in order to ensure I was available as I needed my roof done before winter had started to set in. Nobody ever showed for the appointment nor did I receive another email, call or text stating that they would need to reschedule or might have been running later than stated previously. They have lost the job just on the fact that the customer service from the start was obviously an issue and no communication was implemented to fix this. I wasted my time and lost pay waiting. I have been in the construction field for the majority of my life so I know things happen beyond our control but, I always called the customer to make sure they were kept up to date if any changes were needed for the agreed upon time.

  Adam and Joel were awesome to work with. The roofers are very friendly and always greeted us with smiles and a wave, and most of all the roof was done excellent with Joal replacing bad roof sheets that could have cause serious problems later. Thanks much guys

Their low bid and quick completion schedule, along with the excellent response time to questions and issues that usually crop up on jobs like ours, exceeded all of our expectations.   Very fast with great attention to detail! Tore off our roof and reinstalled a new one within 2 days. They also replaced all rotted wood and painted it to color match the rest of the house, couldn’t recommend more!
