Did never return your phone calls I think that’s very unprofessional of them

Tugwell is terrible! They cracked our tiles on our roof and never called us back to fix them. Now we have to find another roofer.

Shady as hell. Stay away from this company. Charge you for upgraded product and then install cheaper stuff and hope you don't catch it. I wouldn't let them roof a dog house let alone my main home.

Hi Mario - I am unsure why you feel this way, we can't find where we did a project for you in our computer system. If you could please reach out to us with your address and/or phone number so we can figure this out. Thank you.

Charge me $12,000 and told me that they could replace my chimney top pipe. That’s what the estimator told us. Now we stuck with a broken chimney pipe. It’s now been 3 years we call a chimney guy and they told us it will be $3500 to replace the pipe

I haven't been contacted by them. I asked for an appointment over a week ago.

I had an appointment with Dan from Tugwell for an attic insulation estimate on a Saturday morning. I was called on Friday after work and Dan informed me that he had a family emergency and wanted to reschedule for Monday at 10am. Dan never showed up and never called. Subsequently, I left a voice mail message for him, which went unreturned.

I get that hammers make noise, and construction and roofing does as well, but I fail to believe they are THIS LOUD. They're working on units I live in and they're directly above me hitting the roof with such force that little tiny bits of debris are falling all over the toilet from the ceiling fan in the bathroom. Do they forget that people dwell in these places? 😭 I'm not going to leave a one star review like I originally was going to, because I'm not trying to hurt the ratings in any way because I know they do great work, but my goodness. 😂😭

I met with Chris Tugwell initially to get an estimate on my roof. He was quick to get back to me with the estimate within days. I am very happy with the outcome of my roof. The crews over approximately five days were very professional …

Tugwell was professional from the estimate to the final clean up! We have lived in this home for fifty one years and this was our third replacement.

We recently purchased a 26-year-old home in Redding with a concrete tile roof that had been neglected for many years. There were several cracked tiles, clogged valleys and moss in all the shaded areas, especially on the north side. There was also some dry rot at one corner of the roof. Although we considered having the roof replaced, a relative recommended we contact Tugwell Roofing. Chris came out and did a very thorough inspection and discussed our options, along with his recommendations. We accepted his very fair estimate. His very profession crew was on-time and very respectful of our property. Chris kept us informed of their progress and how they were replacing the broken tiles throughout the job. They did an amazing job at the agreed upon estimate! We returned to the house after they completed the work and are "over-the-top" ecstatic with the results. It looks like a new roof! All of the valleys and gutters are sparkling clean and the repair/replacement of the rot area is "invisible!" The crew left our property cleaner than it has ever been since we purchased the home. We highly recommend Tugwell Roofing for any of your roofing needs. Gary and Heather Barner

We absolutely love what Tugwell did to our roof! It's gorgeous! And he threw in the pumphouse roof for free. By the time they left, there wasn't a scrap of debris anywhere. It couldn't have been better! And every guy who worked on the roof was very experienced! What a great business!

Roofing job was perfect, but damaged my house in the process, they did fix it to my satisfaction; communication from the company needs improvement, especially regarding time frames.

Tugwell roofing is my first and only choice for any type of roof issue. They’ve consistently been prompt, professional, and competent in their work. I appreciate very much them taking the time to help me understand the issue, give me options of how best to solve them, and then getting the work done in a timely and professional manner
