When we spoke with William, we shared all of our concerns about the process and wanted to be sure the job would be handled the right way. William listened carefully and made it clear that he takes pride in doing quality roofing work without turning the project into a headache for the homeowner. He explained the roofing options in simple terms and let us know we could choose the style and material that fit our home best. We selected a standing seam metal roof, and the finished result looks great. The crew completed the roof replacement in a timely manner, kept the job organized, and paid attention to the details around the roof system. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship, the overall quality, and the finished appearance. The new roof not only looks beautiful but also gives us peace of mind during heavy rain and changing weather. Another big help was that William worked with our insurance adjuster and pointed out additional storm-related roof damage and other claim items that had been missed. That made a real difference in getting the best possible reimbursement through the insurance process. What started as a roofing job turned into an experience that was far better than we expected.   A roofing company completed a flat concrete tile reroof on my home with a smooth final inspection. William was an outstanding service provider throughout the whole project. He was responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and calm from start to finish. He consistently answered calls or returned voicemails within a day, which made the entire roofing process much easier. Several roofing crews handled each stage of the job, including tear-off, plywood repair, underlayment work, hot mopping, super gutter installation, and new tile placement. Every part of the reroof was organized well, and the team stayed focused on quality workmanship and timely progress. The turnaround from tear-off to final inspection was impressively fast, and the work never felt rushed. The crews worked hard each day and kept the property neat and clean at the end of every shift. After the project, I did a final magnet sweep and found very little from the new roof work, which showed they took cleanup seriously. I also asked for two extra items to be added to the roofing contract to help with insurance-related concerns, and both were completed as part of the reroof without any trouble. William also recommended a follow-up roof inspection for insurance documentation, and Oliver was very efficient and provided the report the same day.   It was a pleasure working with Oliver and the team from the start. We wanted a few estimates for our shingle-to-tile roof replacement, and Oliver was the only roofing contractor who actually came out, got up on the roof, and inspected everything in person. The other roofers only used property records or measurements from a distance to put together a quote.
