Roof Wizards

The only one or two-star review we hold for Roof Wizards.

Booked an appointment for an estimate and never turned up. Worst part they didn't even update me on the same. Wouldn't go with them if they are not professional enough even to update about the appointment.

We appreciate you voicing your concern and experience. We welcome all types of feedback, always. I will share that your appointment with Roof Wizards was at 9am. Our team is up and running by early morning. You are right our team was not able to make it to you on the day scheduled, but the estimator started making calls to you at 7:30- 8 am to provide an update. The calls went straight to voicemail. I say this not to debate the matter but rather because I stand behind my team and our accountability for our services and our meetings. It is unfortunate that this was your experience with our team, but protocol was followed on our end. When we couldn’t contact you, we hoped that you would call our office, which you did not. We thank you for your time and feedback.

I just moved to Hamilton and my new house had a very old roof with little life left in it. Because my family is new to the area we did have several roofing quotes done, but we probably could’ve saved ourselves some effort by just going with Roof Wizards who were our first quote. Heiler (one of the owners) came out, gave us a fair quote and was very communicative throughout the process. The guys got the old roof off and the new roof on over a two day period, and updated a bunch of small stuff from the original inspection. I’m happy with the work and the communication, would highly recommend.

Roof Wizards have completed a couple different projects for my wife and I . They did our roof which was a complete job replacing the plywood , membrane, snow shield and shingles in 2019 . They did a beautiful job which looks like they did it yesterday to this day . We just had them out again to do a siding repair job for us and once again they came through for us . It looks fantastic ! They came out and gave us estimates and gave us good prices for both jobs . My wife and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them if we have other work we want done on our home . 5 star workmanship !

Review for Roof Wizards We cannot give a high enough review for the extensive work that Roof Wizards did for our Historic Home. They tore off two roofs, one old mental roof and one flat roof. They replaced them with one beautiful black mental roof with new gutters and the flat roof was replaced with an energy efficient roof. Roof Wizards also build out and replaced our two front dormers with black metal roofs, matching the big main roof. If we could give higher than a 5 star review, we would. Home Owner in Historic Bristol Borough, PA.

Thank you, Robin, for the kind and detailed review — we truly appreciate the recommendation. I’m glad Heiler and the team provided clear communication, a clean one-day installation, and honest, no-pressure pricing while keeping you informed with photos throughout the job. I’m sorry the prior installation caused extra damage, but I’m pleased we could make the repairs and offer a break on the cost to help. Please contact us anytime for future roofing needs or if you have friends or family who need an estimate.
