I contracted them for entire roof system replacement. Despite what it was in contract they did not inspect and replace flashing and put holes in it in a way I got leak in the garage with the first heavy rain. I lost quarter of my garage ceiling to water damage. Thomas brought all the excuses in the book to not take responsibility and actually want to charge me extra to fix flashing. I am not sure how much faulty flashing is still in the roof system. After 14000 spent I am with a leaky roof. Stay away as they are very unprofessional. I am attaching the picture of my garage ceiling which was damaged as the results of leak from a brand new roof. If you want the same thing happen to you, go ahead and hire these crooks and they will take your money and do not even look back.

Bob made an appointment for estimate during the morning. Took a half day off of work to make the appointment. He called ten minutes before and cancelled. Said he needed to go to PA. No consideration, could have called a day earlier so I didn't have to burn Vaca time. Told him that and he said, I have to go to PA and hung up on me. They use some 3rd party service when you call their main number so you can't get in touch direct without giving your information so they can "get back to you". Terrible

I’ve been a customer of Accurate Roofing for over 20 years, and that’s because they’ve consistently earned my trust. Most recently, I worked with David Gancarcik on replacing my roof. From our first meeting, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain every detail, answer all of my questions, and make recommendations based on his expertise. David was always punctual, kept in constant communication throughout the process, and responded quickly to any questions or changes that came up. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service made the entire experience stress-free. This wasn’t my first experience with Accurate Roofing. Back in 2002, I had my roof and windows replaced and worked with Bob (I believe his last name was Mirash). It was an excellent experience. Then, after a severe rainstorm in 2020 damaged my siding, I turned to Accurate again and worked with Mirek for the repairs, as well as a skylight replacement. Once again, the service and workmanship were outstanding. After so many positive experiences over the years, I knew I could count on Accurate Roofing. Their professionalism, quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and exceptional customer service have remained consistent from the very beginning. I highly recommend Accurate Roofing to anyone looking for a company they can trust. It’s rare to find a business that continues to deliver the same high level of service decade after decade, and Accurate has done exactly that.

Use these guys! Superb experience with them (have now used them twice, for both skylight work and roof replacement). Super professional, very responsive, works with you and what you want rather than being pushy, they treat the job like it was their house - and they clean up very well after. Really could not endorse them any more!

Tom from Accurate Roofing & Siding Inc. is a contractor that you can count on and have full confidence that the work will be done with excellence. Tom put a new roof for us in 2017 and the roof looks like it was done yesterday 9 year later. I asked for inspection of the roof/ boots/ skylights and gutters and everything is perfect. I will highly recommend Accurate Roofing for your next roof project.

Accurate Roofing did an incredible job replacing the 40-year old roof and gutter system on our modified cape and replacing the flashing and custom wooden shingles on all three of the dormers. This was a complex job on a very steep roof and every single wooden shingle had to be measured and hand cut to fit on the dormers. Thomas did an excellent job explaining all of the options for the project and every step of the process in detail before starting the job. He provided recommendations based on what was needed and never tried to upsell any aspect of the project— to the contrary. He clearly identified ways to defer certain aspects of the project if needed to meet budget constraints. We decided to move forward with all elements of the project and he managed to get the job started within less than one week of signing the contract and then finished the work under the pressure of an incoming snowstorm. We paid a reasonable and fair price for the project and the high degree of craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the completed work. Thomas was on site to answer any questions repeatedly through the project and was clearly ensuring that the work was completed to his exacting standards. I have a high degree of trust and confidence in Thomas and his crew and highly recommend Accurate roofing.

We have been dealing with Accurate Roofing for quite awhile. I have found them responsive and helpful in the installation, and post-sales support. In addition to the installation, they have been helpful with advice on proper maintenance of the roof and siding.

Accurate did an amazing job! Was expecting it to take a few days at least, but they were able to remove the old roof, put down new plywood and shingles, and install the flashing all in one day. Mirek has done work for me previously (relatively small jobs and never tried to oversell me) so I knew I could trust him to replace the roof at a fair price.
