  Magic Roofing & Siding Inc George is a scammer and should leave the company. Louis was easier to work with. Company did not complete all checks and balances prior tried to scam me 6k when my roof was down and open. They never even obtained a permit so my township was very unhappy. My roof looks great! Bad clean up nails everywhere!! My attic is a disaster they left it that way never put plastic to protect items in attic now damaged. I hope nothing happens in my 50 year warranty bc I never want to have to do business with this company again. The process took long after I sent 1st check in April roof was just completed in Sept. dont use this company. I lost many hours at work becoming their project manager for the day. & thank god I am bilingual bc that saved me 6k or my house is not up to code 🤷🏾‍♀️ I still do not know! Jan 2 2025- check written 10/16/24 was just cashed 1/2/25. Still no warranty- waiting on warranty to finish payment. Roof completed in September 2024. Update: 10/2025 still no warranty Update: 12/2025 still no warranty- response below is also false this was an insurance claim. You did not complete the job no siding was done that my insurance paid nor gutters also paid by insurance. Would you like me to show my claim details and the pictures of my home that don’t match. You got paid by ALLSTATE!

  Unfortunately, nobody try to scam you. You stole all the balance for $1000 deductible as soon as you send the check for $1000 Magic Roofing release the warranty for the roof thank you and happy good day.

  I got your feedback and I can tell you George tried the best to get the insurance to pay for the roof. Unfortunately insurance denied the claim so not much we can do thank you all in the best.

  Like most of the negative reviews mine involves George who "inspected" my roof and proclaimed it was free of holes. Sold me gutters and windows as the fix to the leak. Shortly thereafter we experienced a heavy rainstorm and what had been evidence of a small leak became a catastrophe. It seems George missed two, 1 foot by 1 foot holes in my plywood. Mind you it continued to rain it seemed every other day for weeks after, causing lots of water damage inside my home. Had the roof been properly assessed, the holes wouldve been fixed and the additional damage wouldn't have occurred. To add insult to injury, the owner stated I must request a contract termination for the windows and gutters I never needed, in writing. Oddly enough, the owner will not sign for delivery of said letter. Looks like I am going to have to take legal action now.

To clarify the timeline and details: you initially reached out to us requesting a roof inspection. After our visit, we provided a full roof replacement quote. At that time, you communicated that the price was not feasible for you, which we completely understood. We do sincerely apologize if there was any oversight during our inspection; however, based on our evaluation, we did not observe any visible holes in the roof at that time. It’s important to note that as we discussed, Magic Roofing & Siding Inc. does not offer roof repairs — only full replacements. This was made clear during our visit. Regarding your windows, you specifically requested a quote due to their age and condition. As a result, we ordered custom windows to fit your home’s unique specifications. When the contract was later canceled, we simply asked for the standard cancellation fee, as any other company would, especially given that custom materials had already been ordered on your behalf. We also agree with your point that windows and roofing are unrelated when it comes to water intrusion. The windows were never presented as a solution to your roof concerns, and it was never our position that they would resolve any roofing issues. We strive to be transparent and fair in all our customer interactions. If there's anything further you'd like to discuss or clarify, we remain open to having that conversation and working toward a resolution.

  First of all two neighbors recommended Magic Roofing so we had Magic Roofing replaced our roof last year. Frankly, the overall roof installation and work quality appeared very good and I was happy. However, the chimney leaked badly on the very next day after roof installation (it never leaked from our few years' occupancy prior to the roof installation). The roofer came back two days later trying to fix it by relaying the upper portion of flashing, still leaked, and then the owner returned after a few days putting some caulk around, stilled leaked so I naturally expected the further repairs. However, when I asked the owner to continue the repairs (like redo the flashing and the area around), the owner refused with attitude and excuses. I was left with no choices but had to hire a second roofer for the repair caused by the roof installation. I didn't see professionalism with Magic Roofing when managing an issue like this.

  Charged for installations they didn't perform, did poor quality job (roof leaking after three years) and did not honor warranty, was aggressive when faced with complaints, refused to repair without additional pay, didn't respond to requests for assistance for almost a month

  Don't trust Magic Roofing. Long story short...they charged me an arm and a leg to replace my roof and add gutters, and they didn't finish the roof. When the owner came out to check on it, he was verbally abusive. He put metal caps up, but the roof leaked. I contacted them again with no response, and then they showed up unexpectedly while I wasn't home in another roofing company's vehicle. It's still not resolved. Sketchy.

  The job itself was done well but there were things that couldve gone better. For one, the workers put a tarp on my air conditioning unit and almost killed it during a heat wave. A picket in my fence was knocked out and was left on the ground for several days before they threw it out instead of putting it back on my fence. I was told the job site would he completely cleaned upon completion however styrofoam, water bottles, nails, screws and leftover material were found in my yard upon just a cursory search. There was material added to my frontdoor overhang to where my front door gets stuck and cant be opened all the way. I was told that I would be getting green shutters which were never installed even after calls after the job was complete and told it would be done. I was also told that the project manager would be there each morning and I didnt see him once after the consultation and estimate. The siding is nice, it was a decent job but so many headaches that couldve been avoided.

  We had 3 things done as a bundle: siding, gutters, & shutters. The work was very well done. A few plants were damaged by dropped materials, but not too badly. The teams did a great job picking up debris afterwards. We would use them again.
