  I reached out to a kijiji add about a roof estimate. I received a reply from a Jim within 3 days. He indicated he would have someone contact me soon to arrange a site visit and estimate. Waiting a further few days, I received a voicemsil from Tony. He says he works for a sister company of Wolfenburg. I called back Tony and left a message. I did not receive a call back. I reached out to Jim again and the next day Tony called. He says he can come on Friday to give an estimate. He said he would go and send me an email estimate. Friday I reached out to Tony to inquire if he completed the estimate. No response. Saturday I reach out to Tony and no response. Sunday I reach out to Tony and Wolfenburg to inquire. Now I will leave a review so people can make up their own mind. This has been my experience. I am disappointed to say the least. I do not appreciate the wasting of my time.

  Called twice to get an estimate. No response. Second time I called, gentleman was very apologetic and promised someone would get back to me, and no one ever did.

  You deserve a zero star on professionalism, Wolfenburg you need to provide your workers with a porta potty or tell them to go off site. Today I saw yet another worker climb into the garden to relieve themself, it happened on the weekend as well, not appropriate.

  What a joke. Safety costs time and money, so eliminate that and these guys are still horrible. Garbage all over our yard, Worst roofing company I've met.

  Worse experience ever omg, we asked for a specific piece of furniture and said it will be here in 3-4 weeks and they'll update us through email. We called back because we never got an update and kept getting pushed back. Lying salesman stay clear unless you want to waste your time folks.

  I had five roofers come by for quotes and John from Wolfenburg was easily the most professional and organized of all of them. He showed up early, got straight to brass tacks, sent a drone up to show me the actual problems and not just tell me what they were, and explained things other roofers didn’t seem to have the time to walk me through. He also broke the quote down clearly by materials and cost (which came out even cheaper than the company we were about to pull the trigger with). I know it’s busy season for roofers so the job was a month out, but we had a leak in my daughter’s room that needed to get repaired fast. In comes Danny. He’d found out there was a leak in my daughter’s room and came out immediately to do a temporary repair before the full roof job, so my daughter didn’t have a room with a leaking plaster ceiling and the insulation and plaster wouldn’t degrade anymore than it already had. Danny called ahead, showed up on time, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect the ceiling where we were having issues and any other surrounding areas, hopped up on the roof to diagnose the problem, and before I knew it he’d already found and sealed the immediate problem that was causing the big leak in our old 80s tar-and-gravel flat roof. John has been great to deal with. Professional, honest, awesome to deal with, and the easiest to get straight answers from. Danny is clearly a pro and knew his stuff. Was really impressed with his knowledge, care, and speed. Hoping he’s the foreman on the whole job. Thanks for your help yesterday Danny! So far, Wolfenburg has been a pleasure to deal with. The full flat roof job hasn’t started yet. I’ll update this review with before and after pics when the job is complete.

  Danny was awesome! He came for an emergency roof repair the same afternoon I called. He was friendly, honest and took care of the problem quickly and effectively.

  From the moment I spoke with Jamil I felt I was in good hands and I wasn't disappointed. He showed up when he said he would, his explanation of the work involved was easy to understand, the work was completed in a neat orderly fashion with no interruption to my tenants. Their price was fair and I highly recommend their services. It gets even better. 3 years after the work was completed I had a leak which turned out to be entering the building from an area non related to the flat roof. Jamil was right on top of it, both he and his service team checked the roof over and even were instrumental in locating the leak and bringing it to my attention. A great company to deal with.

  We’ve very much appreciated the prompt attention and service as we replaced our flat roof. Dan and the team did amazing work, and didn’t mind our toddler watching in awe from the window. Highly recommend this company!

  I originally reached out to Wolfenburg Roofing after discovering some water damage caused by to the rotted plywood beneath my shingles, which led me to move forward with replacing the roof. From the very beginning, I had a wonderful experience. Taking on a big project like replacing my roof felt overwhelming at first, especially with the added stress of unexpected water damage, but Tony was amazing to work with from day one. Very professional, knowledgeable, and was always quick to answer any questions I had. The whole process felt much more manageable and gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. The crew was just as wonderful - they were hardworking, respectful, and kept the property clean and secure throughout the entire process. You can tell they care about the quality of their work. a HUGE thank you to the team!!
