  The service and product might be great. I have no idea. All I know is they don't respect No Soliciting signs, so I won't be using.

  Had them do an estimate on some roof damage, and turns out they ripped off a shingle and just left it there up on the roof, which I didn't realize until someone else went up to take a look. I do not appreciate a company doing more damage than what's already there trying to create more business for themselves.

  Leaving Sens game and vanity truck was doing burnouts, giving people the finger, hopping curves, yelling at people and being completely rude.

  They started this roof in April 2021 and haven't address the deficiencies

  Hi Tom, We started and completed your roof in April of 2021 In August of 2021 you contacted us about what you considered to be "deficiencies" in the roofing system. What you were referring to at the time was the ridge vent not being installed from "end to end" to cover the soffit area (which was not required) compared to our guys who installed it on the actual opening of the attic from end to end (recommended install). You had insisted this was not correct and proceeded to bring out a manual in an attempt to prove that our installation was not done to guidelines. Understanding in that moment that our expertise was not enough for you to take at face value, maybe needing to hear it from a outside perspective, we called the manufacturer with you present and asked them to explain their regulation and standard method of install. The representative explained that what you were requesting and claiming was indeed NOT REQUIRED. With the installer and manufacturer confirming the original installation was correct, you decided to change your stance and now claim it more so a cosmetic issue for which you would not have replaced the entire roof had you known this would be the outcome. Even with aesthetics in mind, your request didn't make the slightest bit of sense as we try our best to look out for our clients’ interest. Doing what is required by the manufacturer to assure your warranty is not compromised at the fault of our mistake. After some back and forth from our side to yours we finally caved in good faith. Although the circumstance by that point did not allow for us to complete the work before the winter, we promised we would be back the following to do so, which was something we stayed true to and did. During this time waiting for our return visit you decided to add to the original complaint.   The roof installation was OK, but Vanity Roofing removed a mesh screen to install the new roof and did not re-install the mesh screen correctly, simply put it back in without fastening with screws. As a result, raccoons got into the vaulted ceiling, (simply set the screen aside with their paws), and it cost me north of $1,5k to get them out. Vanity Roofing refused to take responsibility for this expense, which was clearly due to their negligence.

  Hello O.B. Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I believe during your roof replacement, as mentioned by yourself, we had to un-install the existing "chicken wire" style mesh to make sure our guys could access the area during the project. Once the project was complete, our crew made sure to re-install the mesh back into place. We know this to be true as the mesh did not budge after a year of high winds, heavy rainfall or throughout the brutal winter snow. That being said, I'm not sure if the racoon "simply set the screen aside with their paws" to gain entry. We can't understand how a pieces of metal can stay attached with the daily impact of the elements, if it was not fastened from the beginning correctly. Racoons and other critters are impressively resourceful when need be. Being the section is on the first floor (a couple feet from the ground), it ultimately grants racoons and other critters easy access to the gap or void on this specific part of your home. Our original scope of work was only meant for the roof replacement and I'm sure our crew tried their best to leave the home as they found it when they arrived. We can warranty our craftsmanship & material, but we cannot guarantee a mesh (Not supplied by us) will withstand a cunning & ambitious creature like a racoon. We're happy to hear you were able to find a true expert in this field of work to deal with the matter and hope the issue does not arise again.   I left a message on their website that my garage roof was leaking and that I wanted it repaired/replaced. Later that day, they called me and stated that I would have to pay to have a HANDYMAN, not a roofer come and inspect it. So much for free estimates and actual roofers doing the work!

  We are sorry you feel that way but we believe there has been a misunderstanding. The office informed you that by the looks of your home, you would not require replacing the roof as your home is only a handful of years old. What you required is called water testing and inspecting to locate the leak. We never indicated anything regarding a "handyman". What we did say is locating a leak and inspecting is not free. Our lead Salesman do not go on roofs and perform water tests. That is a service called carried out by a certified roofer. The cost for a service call is based on an hourly basis.

  Loved their service from engagement to fulfillment. They did a few houses in our neighborhood so I contacted them directly. Since the first appointment it was a smooth service. They explained the different options clearly and gave advise when I had questions, and contract signing was smooth. The work was done with excellent quality, and the crew were fantastic; courteous, aware of the locality of the work and neighbors and very clean.

  The time from quote to having roof replaced was as indicated, the quality of the work and professionalism of the team very good. They did a good (not perfect) clean-up of the property over the two days and someone came back to complete the job over the weekend after order a small vent that was required. The price was competitive with three other companies and I very much appreciated I had the option to selection between three quality asphalt shingle (various price points). They covered or moved patio furniture and plants/trees to protect them. The sales quote, the completion of the roof were done to my satisfaction and payment options were relaxed and flexible. One area of possible improvement would be communication between the Office, the crew and home owner as communication appears to be from the office to crew, not to homeowner. Being proactive in talking to the crew and office is recommended.

  We hired Vanity Roofing based on multiple neighbours and community references. Today Vanity finished up our New roof and what a great experience! The original sales meeting was very clear and they explained what to expect from start to finish. The team made sure to update us as the project moved along including the details of why a few sheets of plywood needed to be replaced and why we were having previous issuse. The team's attention to cleaning up each day was amazing and we really appreciate that as we have 3 young children. Thank you so much guys for a great experience and installation!!
