  Worst company that I have dealt with we requested quotes from multiple companies last year to fix the fascia and sofit that had become damaged from a storm. Eric had come to the house and done measurements and we got a quote. After agreeing to the price we were told it would be a couple weeks before they could fit us in. This is understandable after a few weeks had past and hearing nothing I reached out only to be told they got busy and our job would be pushed back. After another couple weeks I reached out again and was told the job got pushed back again but it would be done before the snow came. Fast forward winter has come and gone still nothing from them. I understand things happen but if you can't do the job just say so worst service ever

  Thank you but I have had the work completed by another company and will never use Roofmaster again. There is no communicating with people demonstrating the behaviours I have experienced from Roofmaster over the past five years. I have paid any bill I have received. I am disengaging from this conversation and will no longer respond. I will continue to update my review as I deem fit. **** 2024 2nd update - I provided an honest, critical review of my 5-year experience with Roofmaster and the work they did on my home. Roofmaster responds aggressively, attempts to defame my character, and lies below about not being paid for a service call. The company's response below supports my assertion of aggressive and unprofessional behaviour. I did not have water in my home until Roofmaster was on my roof. I was charged $339.00 for one man to spend less than 1 hour inspecting my roof. Bill paid. See attached photo. *** 2024 Update - continued water problems in my home with my roof by roofmaster. Have hired another roofing company to repairs their work. And can corroborate what another reviewer who provided a poor review said in terms of exceptionally poor and aggressive customer service. *** My experience with Roofmaster started in September 2019, when I purchased and had installed a roof from their company, and has continued through to September 2020. My experience over the course of the year was very unpleasant and exceptionally unprofessional, including some players in the company personally attacking me on line and veiled threats by text from one of their salesmen after my review was originally posted in June of 2020. During this past summer, I had water coming in my home, which necessitated re-engaging with the company. This provided the opportunity for a lengthy discussion with the two business partners, which shed light on some serious misconduct by one of their salesmen.

  *** Edit, First things first, I don't yell and I don't berate...I've not had any other issues with other contractors and I have dealt with many and in fact, when things are done right I write good reviews as you can see in my history. This response isn't surprising and is actually consistent with the same communication I have received from the owner over text. Kershan has done a great job of massaging the facts to suit the company's narrative. It's unfortunate that telling the truth becomes online smearing but this is consistent with the other responses the owner has provided to reviews, always someone else's fault *** Customer Service is appalling from the front line all the way up to the owners! We had some work done in the past on our roof where they installed maxivents and we were happy with what was done. We had further issues with our dryer vent on the side of the home (it was damaged). We called Roofmaster and they were able to come and replace it quite quickly (we were happy with how fast it was done). The problem started with when they replaced it. The door on the vent stayed in an open position. We knew it was a problem when we asked the people cleaning the dryer vent to close the flap, then used the dryer again and it stayed in an open position. We emailed Roofmaster to let them know there was a problem and ended up speaking with Lisa who proceeded to tell me the dryer vent was installed in the wrong place and should have been installed on the roof (even though every builder puts it on the side and there is tons of information suggesting you should never put it on the roof. She then offered an option where they could install it on the roof instead. When I explained that didn't solve the problem of my not getting what I paid for I was contacted by Kershan Bulsara who stated he was an owner of their small business and asked me to send pictures. I did and he came out and fixed it. It worked find for a couple of weeks until I found the flap on the ground bes

  Dealing with this company was terrible. No issues with the work the roofers did but dealing with the administration and the manager was horrible. I would never get a roof done by this company again.

  Can't comment on the quality of the work, just on customer service, since I never had the opportunity to use their services. I called and asked for an estimate for a roof leak repair. The said they would not be able provide an estimate until two weeks from now, and would only be able to book the work for the spring. It is the beginning of November right now, and without any understanding of the need to fix a roof leak quickly, they tell me that it can only be done in the spring of next year. This shows very little consideration or understanding of their customer's needs. Not sure how they managed to receive a high-star rating, since that is not my experience in the least.

  Had an appointment for a quote, Roofmaster could not make it. That's fine, but when I went to reschedule, the new appointment was for a week later. I had gone to the back of the line and the person doing the quotes would not be in my area for another week. There are lots of roofing companies, I'll use somebody that really wants my business.

  Poor end of job performance, moved neighbour's deck furniture (of necessity) but did not replace at completion, broke landscape lighting wiring and did not report, trespassed on neighbours roof to throw shingle bundles off roof and onto neighbours lawn, left dump trailer in driveway for 2 additional days after completion (blocking access to garage). No voluntary reporting of damage, no response to calls.

  Had book appointment no one showed up or called. I contacted the office and was told they will call back 2 hours later no call. I called back and was told i would need to reschedule after taking a day off for this appointment. When i told them i would call other company's all was said ok. I guess they don t need the work. After being highly recommenced to i don t think i will recommend them

  I have a triplex with a flat roof. To start with they gave a competitive quote and spent quite a bit of time looking at the old roof and determining the best roof for me. The quote was very detailed showing all the materials that would be used. They arrived on time and spent 3 days doing the job. There was some structural damage found under the old roof which I was then contacted and sent some pictures of the damage for approval to go ahead and repair it. The finished job looks great and the flashing is very neat and tight which makes the place look really good now. Good job boys.

  We had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was their amazing job matching the colour of the new shingles on the repaired sections to our existing roof—it blended seamlessly.
