  Made an appointment to get a free estimate for my roof and person cancelled on me last minute through email and was supposed to send me email quote, it's been a week and I'm still waiting for the quote, not professional at all. I'm taking my business somewhere else. Please do not contact me.

  For three years in a row a few shingles kept falling from the mansard slope of my roof. Each year I had to call them to have them reattached. This year I was told that it was a minor repair and it would be done at the end of the season. I kept waiting and called again a month later and no one called or came. I called on Dec. 3, they came on the 4th, checked the roof and attached the singles. When I mentioned that this kept on happening I was told that the other shingles were not nailed and, due to the angle of the slope, should have been, and consequently fell. The workmen left the gate to my yard opened. When I went to shut it I noticed that it was forced to open wider than it should because of old roots that were in the way and they cracked my gate. I left a message on Rainbow's phone that, due to the damage to my gate, I wasn't going to pay their bill. I just got my Mastercard invoice today, and, lo and behold, my credit card was charged or the full amount of the repairs on the 5th. Furthermore, not even an apology on their part. I will never deal with this company again. On Jan. 8, 2024, they repaired my gate.

  Andree- We have done our best to keep your roof going. Unfortunately it has come to the end of its lifespan and will have increased maintenance. Over time, it will be more expensive to maintain. Wish you all the best.

  We were really impressed with the quick response of Rainbow roofing to repair our leaking roof. The technician was a star and did a temporary repair on a miserable and rainy afternoon. The next day two roofers came and finished the job.

  Roof was installed in 2021. 2 days ago one shingle came off and notified Rainbow Roofing . They responded immediately and repaired it today and spent time checking the whole roof. A firm that stands behind their warranty. Very impressive
