  Never returned phone call

Mary. I apologize for not returning your call. Please accept my apology. I received 60+ calls per day during that time period and responded with texts to better gather information. I am continuing to learn better ways to respond and now am managing my Google reviews.

We had Wirtzy quote our roof awhile back. We had been in contact about getting a new roof, but then I didn't hear from him for 2 months and no follow-up. I received a call 2 months later saying he was coming to do our roof that week. Since we hadn't heard anything, we had already looked elsewhere. We were cussed out and said we were the worst customers he has ever had. Very unprofessional! I would give 0 stars if I could with how I was treated!

I do not recall giving you and estimate and notice you made the same post on another local roofers website. We were overwhelmed last year so please accept my apology if I didn't get back with you. To better serve others if I could verify the estimate number from you that would help.

I called the phone number listed on the website and the voicemail said text messages were welcome. The response I got to my message wasn't exactly welcoming and I decided that if it seemed like a hassle to talk with me then the work probably wasn't wanted.

Micah. I apologize for not responding as we were receiving so many storm related calls I had a hard time keeping up. I am now managing this Google page and have removed the 877 number that didn't allow text messages to be forwarded to my phone. Whole other companies turned off their phones I left mine on and returned all texts the same day. Unfortunately texting the online number didn't go through to me. Please accept my apology

Highly recommend Josh and his crew. He returned my texts and phone calls, answered my questions and showed up when he said he would. He gave me an itemized estimate and he was completely up front on what was needed with no pushy sales presentation. My new roof looks fantastic. They cleaned up everything afterward.

Josh and his crew did an outstanding professional job on the installation of my garage roof. They’ve helped me maintain the roof on my house for years. From past experience I had no doubts they were conscientious and skilled. Communications and questions were answered promptly and courteously. If you expect a high quality job, give them a call!
