The work was done quickly and well; however, the after-service is terrible. Don’t expect them to fix their mistakes—you’ll be ignored as if you never existed.

Doesn't respond to help after the provided service. They do an exceptional job other than that. Not sure why they don't follow up

We had gotten a quote from Hendrick Construction Company for a new roof. We never signed anything nor agreed to go with this company, it was simply a quote. When we told the owner that we had gone with someone else, he ended up calling me and cussing me out for a good 5 minutes. He said that our new roof looked like.. sh.... I would give 0 stars if I could for how disrespectful this man was. Very poor professionalism.

Worse company ever. Hedrick Construction Inc. Back in 2010, we needed a new roof. This company was so unprofessional. They came at 6am, turned on loud music and woke us up, we would leave to go to work and they were all smoking around the …

The good - my roof doesn't leak and I paid what was quoted. The bad - I had several issues with the job, starting with them installing cheaper shingles than they quoted. I noticed when they had half of the roof on and so I called the owner. He insisted it was an honest mistake, and it very well may have been. Had I not been there and looked at the packaging, I would have had no way of knowing. He gave me a choice of a partial refund or re-doing it correctly. They had to come back a second day, which required an additional day of vacation to watch them tear off and replace with correct shingles. The winter after the roof was put on, I had to call them back due to a 2" tall snow drift in the attic. His first response was something like "you'll have that in old farm houses like that." I sent him pictures and he then agreed that it was an unacceptable amount of snow. As it turns out, I could have stuck a pencil out the gap in the roof. They came out on a warm February day and re-worked the flashing details, again at no charge. Bottom line, I had to watch them like a hawk and there were several things that were done wrong, and in my opinion, completely unfitting of a "Platinum Preferred" contractor. They fixed it all, but overall it was an unpleasant experience.

Hedrick Construction installed my new roof (and gutters) 8 years ago. When I called stating a small leak had been discovered getting the rafter/sheathing wet I had a return call from the owner 45 minutes later asking for details. 2 days later there were guys at my house to investigate and repair. They found the cause, replaced the shingle and then inspected the remainder of the roof on their own judgement. They found another location with possible damage to which they replaced the shingle just in case. Top class customer service and warranty on their work. i would highly recommend this company for any type of services they provide as the initial work was also done in a timely and professional manner

Hedrick Construction recently completed a roof repair job for us. Over the years, they have done several projects including 3 roof and gutter replacements and adding gutter guards on our home and 2 rental properties, completed a total siding replacement on our home and several minor projects. With this most recent project and with all the others over the years, we have worked with about 10 Hedrick employees. All employees have been fantastic, they have an excellent group of employees. I am a perfectionist and can be really picky, but everything they have done for me has exceeded my expectations, they do great work. In addition, they have been reasonably priced and did exactly what they said they would do regarding the work, the cost and when they would do the work. I am extremely pleased with Hedrick Construction.

We Highly recommend Hedrick construction. Performed more helpful details in work than I expected. Finished the job under bid! All With experience and care. The workers and especially the Crain operator were very careful, NO DAMAGE to concrete or yard or landscaping or house. My Neighbors have stopped to say they are impressed with the speed of the job and the The appearance of the project. Hats off to Josh Martz, my primary contact from initial presentation to final walkthrough. I will hire Hedrick for my next home improvement project. Signed HAPPY homeowners

Hedrick provided amazing customer service to my 82 year old mom. She needed a letter for her insurance company stating her flat roof was not rotting. Even though they did not install the roof, Shawn was more than willing to come out and look at it and give her the information she needed. Not only did he provide her the information he came to her house twice within 24 hours of the time she contacted him! I will definitely go with them for any future roofing needs. They went above and beyond to help her. When I offered to pay them for their help they said that wasn't necessary. Great local company to work with!
