Yeah don't let this guy touch your roof. Hopefully he's out of business as he doesn't return calls or texts. He replaced my roof and I knew at the time they did a poor job, didn't caulk around vents (another roofer ended up doing). Biggest thing I'm trying to track down is a leak that has slowly destroyed a bathroom ceiling. No help or service from him. It's a shame you have dudes like him running around Ames selling roof installations.

They replaced my roof last fall and it looks good and got us through the winter fine. However, this spring there is a small leak around one of the plumbing vents. Not a huge deal, I can just call them up and they can seal it up for me …

  Prices are high

Hi Donna, sorry our estimate made you feel this way. Sadly the rise in cost of materials and gas has caused us to need to increase what we charge. I would be open to discussing ways to figure out if we can still help earn a 5 star review from you! Have a great day!

Gian truly knows how to take care of his customers. He came with his snowblower and shovel for a last minute request to help clear off my driveway and sidewalks. He showed up within the hour and it looks amazing. I truly appreciate his service and unbeatable attitude when it comes to making sure his customers are taken care of.

These guys also did my snow removal. They were very professional, responsive and respectful as well as reliable. They were very quick as well as neat. Same day serivice on a very long list but they were so quick. Not a long wait and they are reliable.

My snow thrower broke and Gian and his crew swung in to the rescue! Great work, fast, showed up when promised, cleared my driveway and even did the path to our front door. Also very reasonably priced. Great local business!

We had a great experience with this company. The free inspection indicated a good chance insurance would cover full roof replacement, so we filed a claim and insurance agreed! We felt taken care of the entire way from the inspection, talking through whether the insurance company’s estimate was in line or if we needed assistance in justifying additional siding on our house to be included, etc. It was quick and easy to schedule the work and they weren’t pushy about anything including payment (I’ve been on the other side of this with contractors and this experience was like a breath of fresh air). They were up front and honest when the material delivery got delayed and were attentive to my needs and concerns about how and when the work would get done. In the end, the roof looks amazing, they were protective of our (my wife’s) flowerbeds, and job site cleanup was better than I’ve ever experienced! I’ve talked to many friends and neighbors who found so many nails (and bits of shingle) strewn about their property that were amazed I only found 2 nails hidden under a couple pieces of mulch. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with these guys!!
