I would give 0 stars if I could. This company failed to stop leaks at my house and tried to bill me excessively for them. STAY AWAY.

Jack, we are a commercial roofing contractor and do not work on any residential roofs.

Had a great experience with Windward. Replacing a roof is not something I was looking forward to, but they made the process smooth & easy. Their team was very knowledgeable and attentive also.

  Great roofing company

Thank you for your feedback! If you ever need roofing services in the future, don't hesitate to contact us.

A multi-tenant industrial building only works when every unit underneath stays dry, which puts real pressure on the roof tying them all together. Our team completed a commercial roofing project on this roughly 42,750 square foot multi-tenant flex facility in Northlake, set in the heart of a rail-served industrial corridor. A shared roof over several businesses has to perform uniformly across the whole footprint, with no weak seams or detailing that leaves one tenant exposed. The GAF system was specified to give this building a consistent, watertight envelope that protects every unit equally. The challenge with multi-tenant work is keeping everyone operating. We coordinated access around the businesses below, sequenced the install to limit disruption, and kept safety oversight in place across an active building. Nobody had to close up shop while we worked. Windward has spent four decades keeping Midwest commercial buildings dry and operating. Family-owned since 1984, with manufacturer-certified crews and the resources to handle multi-tenant complexity. ◆ Location: Northlake, IL ◆ Facility Size: 42,750 sq. ft. ◆ Scope: Commercial Roof Replacement ◆ Manufacturer: GAFJun 13, 2026Learn more
