  We had an older roof with a leak, so Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling put on a new roof for us. After the roof installation, we noticed water was still getting in, and I was worried the problem had not been solved. I called, and Bennett responded quickly and came back out to inspect everything. He took the time to check the roofing work, flashing, and other possible trouble spots. After a careful inspection, he found the leak was not coming from the new roof at all. It was actually coming from a cracked stucco wall area where water was getting in during heavy Pearland rain. He used a hose test to track down the exact source, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue without charging us extra. I really appreciated the honesty, patience, and craftsmanship. It is hard to find a roofing contractor that stands behind the work and still helps even when the issue turns out to be outside the roof system. The whole experience showed real professionalism, strong customer service, and true care for doing the job right. I would gladly call them again for any roofing or exterior repair needs and highly recommend them.

  i usually do not leave reviews, but williams family roofing & remodeling really impressed me. i was nervous about hiring a roofer because of all the bad stories i had heard, but those worries went away fast. from the first call to the final cleanup, the whole roofing process was handled with great professionalism, clear communication, and strong attention to detail. colby made everything easy to understand and kept me updated the entire time. the new roof looks excellent, the workmanship is top notch, and best of all, the leaks are completely gone. in pearland, it is great to find a roofing team that does quality work and makes the whole experience stress free. if i could give 10 stars, i would.

  Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling recently installed a beautiful new roof on my home in Pearland, and the whole experience was excellent. Bennett, the owner, was very detail focused, highly knowledgeable, and showed real pride in the roofing work from start to finish. Jaden was the first person who came out for the roof estimate, and he really stood out. Out of the other roofing contractors I contacted, he was the only one who took photos of my roof and walked me through what he saw, which helped me understand the condition of the shingles, flashing, and other key areas. When I had trouble choosing a shingle color, he went the extra mile by bringing out a ladder, getting up to the roofline, and placing the color options near the gutter so I could get a better idea of how they would look on my house in the bright Texas sun. That extra effort made the decision much easier. Once the roofing job started, Colby managed the project with great care and made sure everything was completed the right way. He checked in with me each day, answered my questions, and was always easy to reach. The office support was also very helpful and made sure my questions were passed along quickly. The crew worked hard, kept the area clean, and delivered a quality roof replacement with strong attention to detail. I highly recommend them for roofing services.

  I want to sincerely thank Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling, especially Bennett and Jaden, for the excellent work on our home. They replaced the roof on the house, garage, and gazebo, and they also handled screen damage from a recent storm along with a few other needed repairs. During the insurance inspection, Bennett showed up as promised and spent a long time walking the property with the adjuster, making sure every roofing detail was reviewed carefully. Jaden was also very helpful and stayed involved by checking on the crew and the progress whenever Bennett was away. The whole process felt organized, honest, and professional from start to finish. It was clear they care about doing solid roofing work and standing behind what they say. What impressed me most was that even after the job was fully paid, they still came back to inspect everything again, including the skylight, to make sure there were no leaks and that all the work was done right. In the Texas heat and after storm-related damage, it meant a lot to have a roofing team that paid close attention to quality and follow-up. Their integrity, communication, and workmanship really stood out. Excellent job all around.

  i had Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling put on a new roof i had wanted for many years, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. From the first visit, bennett took time to inspect everything, explain the roofing process in simple terms, and answer my questions without rushing. What really stood out was his roofing knowledge and how he went above and beyond by spotting a chimney issue right away and helping me understand why it mattered before the new roof went on. That extra attention saved us from having to disturb a brand new roof later for chimney repairs, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. he also helped with shingle color options, walked me through what to expect with the insurance side, and made the whole project feel much less stressful. The crew worked hard, the roof looks beautiful, and the cleanup was handled very well after the job was done. I also appreciated that when i mentioned a couple of nails in the yard and driveway, the team came back out and carefully went over the area again with a magnet to make sure everything was safe and clean. now our home looks refreshed, protected, and much closer to the updated look we wanted. We may tackle siding and remodeling later, and colby shared some great ideas, so they will definitely be one of my first choices for future work.

  From start to finish, the whole roofing process was excellent. The quote for my home was very fair and competitive, and the materials they used were clearly high quality. Communication was strong the entire time, from the first inspection through scheduling, delivery, installation, cleanup, and final billing. The roofing crew was hardworking, respectful, efficient, and easy to talk with. Bennett, Jaden, and Colby made sure everything was handled with care and real attention to detail. The supervisor stayed on top of the project, answered every question, and addressed every concern right away. Even when a bathroom vent issue led to a water leak concern and I decided to add a solartube after the original estimate, everything was handled smoothly with no surprise charges. The team worked together like a solid professional roofing crew and kept the job moving quickly while still doing quality work. In the end, standing back and seeing the finished roof was incredibly satisfying. Our family home has a fresh new look and better protection from the strong Texas sun and storms. I’m very glad we chose this local roofing team for such an important investment.

  I was on a tight schedule and needed a fast, full roof replacement along with better attic ventilation. Williams Family Roofing & Remodeling stayed in direct contact through every step, kept the job moving, and got my new roof scheduled and completed very quickly after I signed the work order. They even showed up a day earlier than promised, which was a huge help. I got several other roofing bids, but no one else was willing to work around my time-sensitive needs or offer the same fair pricing and clear communication. They were upfront about the roofing process, materials, timeline, and what to expect, while others were not nearly as clear. As an added bonus, I mentioned a small fence issue that was not related to the roofing work, and they sent Bennett out the next day to take care of it at no charge. That level of service really stood out. This was easily one of the best home improvement experiences I have had. I would gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors because the workmanship, roof ventilation improvements, follow-up service, and overall peace of mind were excellent. I also really appreciated that they agreed to come back and do a free follow-up roof check at my request, which no other roofer was willing to do.
