  Considering litigation for harassment, multiple times they have disregarded my no soliciting signs on my house and will not leave me alone. The lady on the phone was less than polite. Would not use them if they paid me.

  Safety Hazard Corrected, but Cost Me Out-of-Pocket I hired this company for a roof replacement in 2023. I recently discovered they had installed a screened attic vent over my dryer exhaust. Per Killeen Building Code (IRC M1502.3), this is a major fire hazard as screens trap lint and block airflow. Because my dryer stopped working shortly after the roof install, this was a latent defect only caught recently by an HVAC professional when I purchased a new set. He stated he could see the vent blocked with lint. The Good: Once notified, the company sent someone out to provide some parts and labor for free to swap the vent. The contractors who fixed it were great. The Bad: Before agreeing to the fix, I was told that they “only replaced what was already there”. When he finally agreed to fix their error, he initially suggested "modifying" an attic vent that I would have to purchase (cutting the grate) rather than using a proper part. To ensure my home was safe and up to code, I had to spend $80 of my own money to purchase a dedicated dryer vent with a backdraft damper. Advice: If you use this team, verify every vent type they install. I am now paying an additional fee for an HVAC tech to clean the line and verify the airflow. I appreciate the free labor, but I shouldn't have had to pay for the materials to fix their original error. As always, Monique is amazing checking my roof today in spite of inclement weather.

  The work done to the roof and gutters were fine, however it was all overshadowed by them ignoring my texts asking about this and that for days and weeks. They would respond almost right away whenever I would say something was done well, but then radio silence whenever I had an issue(s). So for that, I don't think anything above 2 stars would suffice.

  Inept. The absolutely worst run company. No keeping appointments or notifying that they will not show up as promised, no return calls as promised; customer service non existent. The star review is 0 stars.

  A few months ago, I started working with this company due to damages caused by Hurricane Beryl. Unfortunately, not once have they proactively reached out to me. Every time I got tired of waiting and contacted them, they would respond with the bare minimum, saying they’d “look into it and get back to me by tomorrow.” Yet, not once have I actually received a response on the date they promised. I always had to chase them down and practically beg for any progress to be made. I’ve been working with them for almost four months now, yet there has been absolutely no progress. When the salesperson changed, they never informed me in advance—not even once. I’m now on my third representative, and I’m genuinely baffled at their lack of professionalism. They have never provided clear explanations or demonstrated any sense of accountability. Currently, since things aren’t going smoothly with my insurance company, they suggested initiating the appraisal process. However, they offered no explanation about the potential financial burden or the steps involved in this process. On November 13th, I sent multiple emails, not only to my current representative but also to the company’s main email address and my previous representatives. To date, I’ve received no response. Thankfully, I’ve primarily communicated with them via email and text, so there’s a record of their unprofessional and shockingly passive behavior. It seems they only function properly when things are straightforward. The moment issues arise, they simply disappear. For business professionals, such behavior is utterly unacceptable. I deeply regret the time and energy I’ve wasted on them. Had I chosen a different company from the beginning, I would have avoided this entire mess. If you’re considering paying out of pocket for a roof repair or replacement, this company might be acceptable. However, if your case involves an insurance claim or anything remotely challenging, they lack the adaptability and choose to avoid interact

  I had a really great experience with Leslie from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be repaired and why. I really appreciated how patient and thorough she was throughout the entire process. Leslie was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly. She made what could have been a stressful and confusing situation feel simple and manageable. The communication was great, the service was excellent, and I felt confident knowing I was in good hands.   We recently had are soffit repaired by Ernie Smith and Sons Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! The work was done professionally and looks great I especially want to recognize Anna Keulemans, the lady at the reception desk. She was the reason we decided to use this company in the first place. She was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and she made the whole process easy from the beginning. Customer service like that really makes a difference!   I recently had a roof repair done by Ernie Smith and Son’s Roofing, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. The repair work looks amazing, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful. Anna at the front desk was so kind and made communication easy every step of the way. Victor was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about the repair process, which made me feel confident moving forward. The repair crew did fantastic work and treated my home with care and respect. It is rare to find a company where every single person you interact with provides such excellent customer service.
