  It took over 48 hours to get a call back about getting a repair done. I even called the day after the original call to ask if we were even going to receive a call and was assured that the guy was notified and we would get a call. Still …

  Crew that installed roof were great. Alliances management , and Wind Storm inspector were not satisfactory. Wind storm inspector never showed ,day of roof install. Then shows the next day ,and doesn't even knock on the door to let someone …

  I called for an estimate to replace my roof. Russell Parnell came to my home and looked at my roof. He said he would email me an estimate. Its been nearly 3 weeks - I have called 3 or 4 times and emailed them about the estimate but as of yet still have not heard from them or received my estimate. When I replace my roof I won't be calling Alliance Roofing. It's obvious if I ever had a problem with their work or even a question I would never be able to reach them. It also makes me think I would not be able to depend on what they tell me if I had them repair my roof.

  CALLED A LADY ANSWERED POLITELY (THAT'S THE ONE STAR RATING ) . TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK FOR A QUOTE.. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY THEY WERE HERE WITHIN AN HOUR ! ALLIANCE ROOFING COMPANY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS.

  This company is so unprofessional and Eric the owner was very rude to me and my husband. We are selling our home and asked Eric to come by and give us an estimate on our roof. We then informed him that we were going to wait and see what the buyers inspector said about the roof. The inspector only found minor problems that needed to be addressed with the roof. My husband then call the roofer that we were hiring to let him know that the buyer only wants what fixed on the inspection report. Eric took it upon himself without our consent to call the buyers inspector to inform him that he messed up. He should have came to us first to tell us what he was about to do so that we as the sellers could inform the buyer and inspector. He told me and my husband that we were committing fraud which was NOT the case. He is just a dirty roofer who is mad that he only had to fix minor problems and not get more money out of us. DO NOT GO TO HIM!! Horrible experience.

  The roofing team made an extra effort on short notice to come out before a major rain event to fix and seal all the roof penetrations in the roof. Really appreciated the quick response, quality of work, and the office staff for keeping me updated on the plan. Great company and quality service!

  The roof installation was done professionally, correctly, and efficiently. Communications was prompt and Russell Parnell and the team were both polite and professional, making the whole project quick and hassle-free. Roof looks great, and there were no issues before, during, or after installation including getting TDI inspection and WPI-8 form submitted.

  I chose Alliance because I truly appreciated the time Russell spent explaining every step of the process. He did not rush me and answered my questions thoroughly. He helped me understand what was best for my home. The crew replacing the roof were here bright and early. They finished up the first day and cleaned up the yard and flowerbeds afterwards. The roof looks great! Thank you!
