  I first used Brinkmann over 20 years ago on the first home I owned and have recommended them to multiple neighbors who have also used them. Unfortunately, things have changed. Poor customer service in the last two instances has changed my mind. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Mr. Bretschneider, we have not performed services for you within the past 15 years. You requested an estimate in 2021 for a repair in which you did not use us, and in July of 2024 after Beryl. We were not able to service three story homes at that time due to personnel limitations. For you to leave a false review about services we never performed for you is against google policy and unethical. We appreciate legitimate reviews, good or bad, as it helps us get better each day. Your actions are harmful for our business and will be treated such. JB

  When we provide estimates for roof repairs needed and do not over specify the scope for work not needed at the time. This enables us to be as competitive as possible and not charge customers for work not needed. The original scope was executed as proposed and you were only charged for the work. Your recent call was responded to as soon as possible and it was determined that you developed leaks in a new area. We discounted the new scope of work due to your "feedback" from last weeks call. As of the time of this review, Jan 8, 2024 9:20 am you have still not approved the discounted work. We will not perform work with out written approval. We apologize for the delay, but until you sign off on the newly proposed scope the roof will continue to leak. Jason B

  When a Hurricane hits a major metropolitan area millions of people are impacted. Being a family with a 50 year history of providing quality roofing services to over 150,000 people in the Houston and Surrounding areas our services are in high demand. It is impossible to staff for a storm event of this magnitude. We have received over 10,000 request for services in the past 3 weeks. We will not be able to service all of those request, especially in a short period of time. We regret that you felt it necessary to disparage our business under the circumstances. We wish you luck in finding services in the time frame you demand, I would give the company a fair warning that you will be leaving negative reviews, which hurt their business, unless they prioritize your project over everybody else.   I had 3 sections of roofing in need of repair. The price was unbeatable and the repair work was top notch. I called three other roofers before choosing Brinkmann. No need for me to ever search again. I can 100% recommend this company to my friends and family for repair or replacement.

  Phillip Jackson was our salesman. He did the inspection and went over thoroughly with us all the options and helped us come to a decision on what we picked for our roof. He was wonderful to work with from start to finish. When the roofers showed up, Billy Fuentes was the gentleman in charge and he and his crew did a fantastic job in two days! So pleased with the results of how the roof looks!🤗 The cleanup job that they did after the roof installation was spectacular! Didn’t find one nail! While they did the roof installation, they also blew all of our gutters out, which were filled from the asphalt off the old roof. Waiting for a good rain now to see it flows again through the gutters because they were clogged! I highly recommend this company ! Phillip and Billy were two great people to deal with!🤗‼️

  Ryan Laird was the best in the roofing business representing Brinkman and me to the TWIA adjusters. He worked diligently with me answering all my questions and reviewing of all the options. He personally supported my claim and got the additional relief. Highly recommend this company and seek out Ryan for fantastic customer service. I got 5 different roofing company bids and Brinkman gave the best warranty and service. UHDZ pewter Timberline class 4 shingles. 😊 just to add, this is my second roof in 20 years (different address) both times were excellent roofs installed by Brinkman.

  The entire process of replacing my hail-battered roof was so smooth. The salesperson, the roofers, the project manager, and the business staff handled their part of this project with professionalism. There was no pressure sales. They offer quality roofing products. They cleaned up afterwards. I dealt with the insurance company, even though they offered. You will be pleased choosing Brinkmann Quality Roofing.

  The sales process was smooth. Ryan was good about answering all my questions. My issues were around installation. Part of the work that I contracted Brinkman to do was to replace all the siding at the chimney. This included new wood sheathing that was to be installed first. Upon installation, I observed the crew putting up the siding without the wood sheathing underneath. I pointed this out to the Site Foreman and he told his crew to install the wood sheathing which they did. Had I not been home to catch this major over site, it probably wouldn’t have been noticed since you can’t tell it’s missing by looking at a completed chimney. I was also not happy with the many scratches to our gutters and garage door. Once I pointed the damage out, they repainted the areas. They also left debris behind our garden trellis and shed and in between the gutters and fascia board. The back patio was covered in granules. And one of our potted plants was smashed because they made no effort to protect it. They also failed to install their squirrel/rodent guards at all the plumbing vents. When I called them out on this, Victor, the Project manager, said they weren’t included in my contract but that he would install them anyway. Ryan, the salesman, never said they were extra. He made it sound like they were included with every new roof. Overall, the roof turned out well. However, the installation process was not a smooth process.

  Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the onsite confusion about installation of the sheathing on the chimney box. It is a detail that is not required for proper installation, however, it was part of the scope of work and should have been done at first pass. Our squirrel guards are not standard on our roof applications, however, due to the misstep on your project Victor was happy to provide and install at our cost. You should continue to expect granules for the first 3-4 heavy rains after the roof installation. The manufacturer drops extra granules in packaging to keep shingles from sticking together, as well as amount of granules created during tear-off. I was visiting with victor on your project and the small details that needed to be addressed. We appreciate your feedback and business. We strive for perfection on every transaction, but learn from when we fall short. JB
