This roofing team is a skilled and dependable company that really stands behind their work. A few years ago they replaced our roof, and later they came back to do chimney flashing and related roof work. More recently, we noticed a leak in a bedroom after heavy rain, and howard, the sales rep, listened carefully and came out quickly to inspect the issue. howard was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable, which reminded us why we chose this roofer in the first place. The leak turned out to be more complex than expected, but the whole crew worked together using their roofing experience to trace the source and fix it the right way. Their team stayed focused on solving the problem, checked the roof system thoroughly, and made sure the repair was complete. What stood out most was how much they cared about doing quality work and making things right. They handled the roof repair professionally and also took care of the interior ceiling damage caused by the leak. it is hard to find a roofing contractor with this level of service, follow-through, and honesty. if you want a roofer that backs up their workmanship, communicates well, and responds when you need help, this is a great company to call.

A neighbor referred me after hail damage hit our roof, and I’m really glad we chose this roofing crew. We compared several estimates, and they stood out for being honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They replaced the roof and gutters on our older home quickly, kept the jobsite clean, and stayed right within budget. After we purchased another home in Trenton, I called Brent again for a roof inspection and repair advice. He responded right away, explained everything in simple terms, and had the roofing team scheduled quickly to handle the needed work. The whole process felt smooth and professional. More recently, during a heavy rainstorm, one section of the roof started leaking badly. I emailed Brent late on a Friday night and was surprised to get a response that same evening. He sent the crew out fast to inspect the issue and figure out the cause. It turned out to be something that could not have been predicted during the earlier inspection, but they still stepped up immediately and took care of it without any hassle. That level of service says a lot. Brent and his team work with real integrity, care about craftsmanship, and stand behind their roofing work. They clearly value happy customers, quality materials, and a strong reputation. It is not easy to find a roofer that is this responsive, fair, and dependable, but this team truly delivered from start to finish.

we recently had our roof and gutters replaced, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. christopher handled the insurance claim with care and made everything much easier for us. he was patient, clear, and focused on making sure the roofing job was done the right way, which left my wife and me very pleased with the results. several roofing companies in our trenton neighborhood were asking for our business, but the positive feedback we heard from neighbors about christopher and their roof replacement experience is what convinced us to meet with him and go over the details. in the end, we felt confident moving forward, and it was the right choice. i would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone who needs a new roof, gutters, or help with an insurance claim. their customer service has been excellent from start to finish.

We had wind damage on our roof, and Maxwell was a caring, knowledgeable, and hard-working rep throughout the whole process. He stayed on top of the insurance claim, handled all the paperwork and steps, and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. While we waited for approval, the crew came back several times to add more tarp and protect exposed areas whenever strong winds caused more shingle loss. In the end, we got a new roof and gutters, and the workmanship looks great. The whole roofing team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with, and we are very satisfied customers.

We hired Williams Brothers Roofing & Construction for a full roof and gutter replacement, and the whole experience was excellent. They stayed patient with us through a long insurance claim, inspections, paperwork, and approvals, which made a stressful situation much easier. maxwell and devin were always on time, explained each step in simple terms, and gave clear roofing advice from start to finish. After everything was approved, the job moved quickly and smoothly. Materials showed up right away, the crew started promptly, and the new roof and gutters were completed fast without cutting corners. Even with the shorter fall daylight hours in Trenton, they managed the project efficiently and the workmanship looked great. They kept the area organized, paid attention to details, and made sure we were comfortable with each part of the process. What stood out most was how much they cared about customer satisfaction. they checked in often, answered questions clearly, and let us know they would be available if anything came up later. i highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutter, or exterior home work. 10 out of 10.

As a property manager, I need dependable roofing crews for different roof repair and replacement jobs, and Williams Brothers Roofing & Construction has been a great company to work with. Their customer service is strong, and they really go the extra mile. A good example was when Ryan quickly responded to a concern at one of the buildings I manage in Trenton. The tenant believed the leak was coming from the roof, but after a prompt inspection, he found the real issue was a backed-up AC drain line, not the roofing system. That honest assessment and fast response gave me a lot of confidence in their roof service, leak checks, and overall professionalism. They have been reliable, helpful, and easy to work with on my properties.

Ryan and the roofing crew did an outstanding job on my new roof. The large team showed up early, protected the property, and handled the tear-off and installation with real care. The whole project was done professionally, and the workmanship on the shingles, flashing, and cleanup was excellent. I’m a big fan of their roofing service and would gladly recommend them to anyone in Trenton. Later on, I noticed a second-floor downspout had come loose from the gutter on a section that was not part of the roof replacement, so it was likely unrelated to the new roof work. I called to ask if I could pay to have someone come out and reconnect it. Their response was that they would send a crew over and take care of it at no charge. That kind of follow-up and customer care really stood out. It was a refreshing experience, and it showed they stand behind their roofing work and treat customers the right way. I highly recommend them for roof and gutter service.
