  After strong weekend winds, I got worried when I saw a little damage on my roof. I called a few roofing companies, but they could not come out right away. Then I contacted a local roofer and was glad to hear they could inspect it first thing the next morning. At 8:30am, Jacob arrived at my door with a friendly attitude and professional approach. Since it was their first visit to my home, he took the time to introduce himself and personally check the roof. After a quick but careful inspection, Jacob and Donovan let me know it was only a small roofing repair and could be handled the same day. They came prepared with matching shingles and the tools needed in case my extra materials were not usable. The repair was finished quickly, and by 9:30am my roof was secure again and my stress was gone. I really appreciated how fast, honest, and efficient the whole process was. Living in TX, it is important to have a dependable roofer who understands how high winds, heat, and sudden storms can affect shingles and roof systems. This team made the repair easy and gave me confidence that my roof was back in good shape. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family because they provide prompt service, clear communication, and quality roofing work. Next time I need any roof repair or inspection, they will be my first call.

  I’m updating my review for Williams & Sons Roofing & Remodeling after getting everything worked out. I had my home reroofed and new gutters installed, and I needed a little warranty service for the gutter system, mainly some minor adjustments and sealing on a few joints. After some delay in communication, the issue was handled and the service was completed the right way. Donovan reached out, scheduled the visit, and came out to Mark Spring to take care of the gutter repairs. He explained clearly what needed to be fixed, completed the work, and then walked me through the finished results. I was pleased with his workmanship, professionalism, and the way he handled the warranty service. In the end, they followed through on their roofing and gutter work, and I appreciated the prompt resolution.

  OMG i am so thankful we found a roofer that could handle our metal roof repair. After a major storm in Mark Spring, it took a while to hear back from insurance because so many claims were coming in. The adjuster told us to start calling roofing companies right away since metal roofing work can be harder to schedule. A few roofers said they could do it, but once they came out, they were not prepared for this type of roof. Then we reached Donovan, and the whole process got much easier. donovan came out, was very kind, and explained that they had the right roofing materials and could match the metal roof style and color without all the delays other companies mentioned. That gave us real peace of mind. We were able to get on the schedule, and everything started moving in the right direction. It had already taken months to get the roof checked and find the right roofing contractor, so we were relieved to finally work with a team that knew metal roofs, repairs, flashing, and related exterior work. We also learned they help with gutters, which was a big plus after storm damage in the Texas heat and heavy rain. i am very grateful for Jacob, Donovan, and the crew for making a stressful roofing situation so much easier.   After a bad storm, we called company: Williams & Sons Roofing & Remodeling because our old roof shingles started leaking and showing their age. donovan came out fast, even on a saturday, to do a full roof inspection and explained in simple terms that the roof would likely need a full reshingling or a complete reroof. He also walked us through a newer roof coating option that could help protect the home from texas heat and heavy rain. We decided to move forward with the coating system, and the team worked closely with our insurance company to keep the process smooth and stress free. The crew arrived the following week, removed the worn shingles, replaced some damaged plywood decking, and applied the coating across the entire roof. the whole job was finished in just two days, and everything was handled in a professional and timely way. i highly recommend them because they responded quickly, communicated well, and did solid roofing work when we needed help most. it was a great experience from inspection to cleanup, and our roof now feels much more secure and ready for future storms.

  We recently finished a major roofing project and are very happy with the whole experience. From the first call to the final cleanup, the team went above and beyond what we expected. They replaced our roof, gutters, and siding on a quick schedule and kept the job moving smoothly the entire time. Our first contact, Donovan, was clear, helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. He got us on the schedule fast and kept us updated at every step. When the project began, we worked closely with Jacob, who was just as great. He stayed involved, answered every question, and made sure everything was handled the right way. The site supervisor was there daily, watching the roofing and exterior work closely and making sure the details were done right. Every crew member was respectful, efficient, and hardworking. They protected the property during the job and did an excellent cleanup when everything was finished, leaving no leftover debris or materials behind. We also spoke with several other roofing contractors before choosing this company, and none matched the same level of professionalism, value, and attention to detail. Our home looks completely updated now, and the new roof, gutters, and siding have really improved both the appearance and protection of the house, which is especially important with the strong sun, heat, and storms we get in TX.
