  Bad business. I contacted them almost 4 weeks about my leaking skylight. Receptionist took my information and told me someone would reach out. Till this day no contact. By now I have gotten my leakage replaced and I'm highly satisfied by whom did it. This is just bad business not contacting potential customers as I will not refer them to others.

  Roof replaced after hurricane Harvey and started having problems a few years afterward. Minor repairs have been done but major problem with front roof is causing ceilings to break through. Promises are not kept to repair, have been waiting years

  Worst costumer service with any company. Had made several attempts to contact without any information as to when my house would be complete. Only when I asked for a refund they contacted me and complete the work the next couple of days. Would ever use them again.

  The worst company. It has taken months to get anything done. They have zero communication skills, and not once did we get a call without calling them first. They sent an 8 year old little girl as a translator for the roofing crew. Would NEVER use this company again!

  Absolutely useless. Came out, “inspected” roof, said they’d “be back tomorrow to tarp it”, never saw or heard anything more from them again, despite getting back in touch requesting status. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Unreliable and worse than amateurish.

  Had a new roof put on our home. It did not leak before but it leaks now. They said that they fixed it. Almost a month later it's still not fixed. Do not use this company. No one spoke English and no supervision. Yard was a mess with trash and roofing materials.

  We hired Klein Roofing when a large tree fell in during a major wind storm and damaged the house, garage, carport, and extensive patio roof. Klein Roofing came quickly to view the damage and gave us an estimate. They worked closely with the insurance adjusters, including getting the adjusters to make a second visit to review and revise the insurance repair estimates. Jeff Thrasher did a great job, was prompt and thorough and professional. Jeff made sure the job was done right and we are extremely pleased with the finished repairs and painting. The patio electrical lights and ceiling fans replacement was excellent. I can highly recommend the team at Klein Roofing for doing an exceptional job!

  My roof was just replaced due to hail damage in August. Klein Roofing did a fantastic job AND the cleanup they did at the end was such a relief as I was worried about nails. Thank you❤️

  I'd give 4.5 stars. The only company out of 4 that returned my call to make an appointment for an estimate. Just a small hiccup in communication about work days. Most companies won't work on interior roof problems. I told them up front that i needed interior roof work, some didn't listen before arranging an appointment. I needed roof jack- supports added and joists added to support the weight of the roof across the walls underneath. They were the only company to make measurements and give an estimate in a timely manner, even knowing my roof was sinking, and making lots of popping sounds as it sank, everyday. I was scared of losing everything. They began work within a few days. The entire staff in the office, and the construction crew were wonderful. I wish other handyman companies were just as trustworthy and did that quality of work, living up to their ratings.

  I am thrilled to share that my experience with Klein Roofing has been absolutely amazing! Aurelio and Juan from the team went above and beyond to take care of every detail of the damage. They even put a metallic wrap on my chimney as a temporary fix for the most urgent issues while we went through the claiming process. Tara Daniels made the settling process a breeze. She was incredibly helpful and explained every detail of the contract to me. Tara was so flexible and really understood my needs, ensuring they were met in the final offer. I wholeheartedly recommend them - they are truly fantastic! Update 07/19/2024 The roof is finalized. I could not be happier with the quality and the wraparound. They are excellent!
