  Sold me a roof with a 50 year transferable warranty. I never received the warranty despite begging for it. I now have to hire another contractor to inspect and take all my findings to court. If I could give a minus, I would.

  The owner of the company yelled at me and then hung up on me. I don’t think this company is qualified to handle the integrity of your roof if they can’t even handle the integrity of their business or customer service. Shady, rude and unprofessional. I can almost guarantee it bleeds into their work.

  Wanted to wait a few months to write my review to see if there were any other customers who had the same issue I did, I have been seeing similar reviews so I know it’s not just me. Beware of paul…he will speak fast and use jargon to get you …

  Called the company after hurricane byrel hit Paul came out with a young guy ok fine. He brang in shingles several different ones not a problem. Problem I have is the insurance company wanted a estimate of the work to be done. My husband called Paul's office several times and left messages for Paul. This man after several attempts still has not sent us a estimate very unprofessional. And he was referred to us

  Shamrock roofing was recommended for a roofing job post hurricane Beryl. However, they have proven to be unreliable to show up for inspection/estimate appointments. I tried to schedule with them twice and have had issues.

  I used this company for full roof replacement after hurricane Ida. Not only did they try to cut materials like valley quards in half, but also we’re not even ever on site to over see the job, there workers tore up our lawn and gutters. But the best part is when we are almost 2 years after the storm and the roof leaks, and I reach out to them about it, and the owner Paul , personally returns my call and tells its my problem, you get what you get. Because my husband choose to tell him they tore up our lawn and our gutters that we deserve a leaking roof. How unprofessional, never used this company, they hire the work out to other contractors who are not insured and they don’t follow up the warranty they offer.

  ***BUYER BEWARE*** I gave this company my credit card to pay for a roof they were to install. They continued to charge on my credit card Without my permission, and they overcharged me $1,500. They sent me a check to cover the overcharges they made, And their check was returned Insufficient Funds in their bank. They have refused to refund my money. I now have to hire a lawyer and sue them for my money, plus court cost and filing fees. If you decide to do business with them, do not under any circumstances, give them your credit card number!

  Had them replace our roof in July of 2026 and they did a phenomenal job. Great to work with, incredible quality of work. Even my father in law was impressed when he came by on install day and saw how thorough they were in caring for my home while they worked.

  Trey Stephens explained my issues with my roof. He had a short term option vs a long term option, and he listed the pros and cons. I was able to make a decision under no pressure. His crew was very efficient and did an excellent job!

  I have had two roofs replaced by Shamrock Roofing and cannot recommend them enough. They go above and beyond making sure their customers are satisfied. Jose and his crew did an excellent job in keeping me posted on the whole process and the owner Trey is excellent to deal with.
