  Most untrustworthy contractor I have experienced in my life. Company refused to install metal roof and flat roof as agreed upon prior to signing contract. Had several building inspection issues during the installation. Had to daily remove metal cutting, nails and other building debris from pool. Company refused to repair valley leak after the job was done. Was instructed to contact he material manufacturer to get leak fixed. After spending $50K on a new roof i have no warranty from the contract. Avoid the company at all cost. The company has no respect for the property owner.

  They wanted over $600 to nail a piece of trim back on 💁🏽‍♂️ Not sure I would recommend these guys for small repair. ** UPDATE ** You don’t see any record of estimate because we conversed on the phone. So rest assured you did have a conversation with me and quote me over $600. This is odd because not so long ago, Mr. Wiedmann himself did a small affordable repair for me back in 2019. Costs sure have exploded for your business since then I suppose. I’m a business owner myself, the way to secure good cash paying customers is to take on occasional small jobs that help prove your worth and these often lead to much larger opportunities. Good luck!

  Worst contractor I have dealt with in 25 years. Promise you everything and does not fulfill is promises. Works you into letting them deal with the insurance company directly then does not finish the project. Very disappointed that there are still contractors like him in Florida doing business.

  Thank you for the feedback. While it sounds like we weren’t able to meet every expectation (getting all new gutters for free) the roofing work completed continues to perform as intended and keeps the property protected.

  THE SHORT STORY IS… we are giving Wiedmann Roofing an A++ on their project to install of a high-grade metal roof on our 40-year-old home. Read on if you want more details on why we made recommend Wiedmann Roofing for your roofing needs. The long story… Before replacing a roof, there are always questions. How long will you be living in that house? How many years of service, durability and length of time are wanted: 10-15-20+? Once these two questions are answered then… What material should the roof be: Metal or Asphalt? How much protection from winds is wanted? What color to choose? Our MUST HAVES were: heat reflectivity, long service and high wind protection. These “must haves” led us to a high wind resistant metal roof with the color of extreme white. The color white was previously tested on our old roof by using white RV sealing paint on a section of our old roof. This “test” resulted in the immediate reduction of heat transfer into the attic. Our choice for new roof was a white metal roof. Contacted several roofing companies to “discuss” these options. All, but one, wanted to use only a drone or satellite picture of our roof for the estimate. Only Wiedmann Roofing came to our house and their representative, Joe Bauman, and I got on the roof to discuss the roof spots, the flat roof over the back porch, the solar tubes, the pool solar panels, the roof vents, the removal of the old electrical wire mask (FPL converted our home to underground electric). Joe discussed the possibility of adding additional wind mitigation measures at the truss to concrete walls as our home was older. He explained this while we drank a ice tea on our front porch. Then the big item that had us leaning to Wiedmann Roofing. Joe mentioned the State of Florida has a Grant program called My Safe Florida Home that would help pay for the roof. NO OTHER ROOFING COMPANY MENTIONED THIS as they just wanted t jump in and start roofing to get our money! Joe explained how we had to ap

  From start to finish, they made the process extremely efficient and their communication was on point. They were able to accommodate my schedule and they did a beautiful job with the repair. I don’t know how the pricing compares to other companies but I’m very happy with their work and their expedition of my job

  We had damage to our roof. A tree was overhanging and we had shingle damage. The Wiedmann team provided a great quote and complete the project quickly. They provided excellent communication and we are very satisfied.

  Wiedman replaced our aging roof and we are pretty happy with the project because it was combined with a complete AC duct replacement at the same time. They worked with the AC company to coordinate everything and make it easy for us. Very happy with the whole process.
