Horrible! One issue after another until I told them I don’t want them on my property again. After admitting they made a mistake they would not give me even a partial refund for having it redone by a better company.

Absolutely do not use this company. I dont even want to waist time writing a bad review. My experience with Wicks was horrible.

  Reply from the business

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed. After reviewing the details, we recognize that an internal delay in submitting your post-inspection paperwork caused frustration, and we sincerely regret the impact that had on your experience. That said, your system is now fully operational and a credit was issued on your final payment in acknowledgment of the delay. Our leadership team has attempted to reach out directly to connect and ensure your concerns were addressed. We would still welcome the opportunity to speak if you're open to it. At Wicks Roofing and Solar, we take full ownership when things fall through the cracks and are committed to improving how we manage project closeouts. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Was sent to this company from Tesla solar to get a quote for an install. No one responds to emails, no one picks up the phone. This company seems like they have terrible customer service.

Hi Robert. Im sorry you were missed on this request. A couple factors in getting back to folks recently over the phone have been the influx of customers trying to get in last minute into the NEM 2.0 program as well as the heavy rains, were … More

We had our roof replaced by Wicks Roofing, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire team was conscientious throughout the job. Chuck handled the bidding, planning, and follow up with consistent communication; in addition, he met with us several times to choose solar attic fans and the right roofing materials to reduce our home cooling costs. We heard from management almost every day to keep things on track. Dino provided excellent on-site guidance and coordination, and Jose was responsible for the daily on-the-roof completion and oversight of the job. It was clear that Jose took pride in the workmanship of the job and was very respectful of our property. Wicks Roofing was remarkable in the coordination with multiple contractors: synchronizing seamlessly with a termite extermination company for whole-house tenting (scheduled between tear-off and new shingling), and with our painters to repaint the 2nd-story walls after fumigation and before shingling. We had a tight timeline, given other commitments and they were very conscientious in completing the job on time. Wicks Roofing produced a complete, professional documentation packet for our homeowner’s insurance, which required proof of roof replacement by a specific deadline. Everything was in one file, and our agent had exactly what they needed. This level of detail and follow-through is rare. Wicks Roofing came to us through a friend's strong recommendation, and they absolutely lived up to it. If you want a roofing company that is professional, communicative, detail-oriented, and truly cares about getting the job done right and on time — look no further. Wicks Roofing is #1 on our list for Best Roofing Company!

I am an insurance agent and we had a mutual client who needed her roof replaced and photos documentation of the completed project. Wicks roofing did a great and timely job in the roof replacement. They even had the technician go back and take pictures from the 2nd story so we could have more photos. The insured was able to keep her insurance and she now has a nice new roof..

Wicks Solar did an outstanding job replacing an older solar system by another company. Recently Mason and Victor collaborated very effectively to get a Solar Edge configuration completed. Our new solar system is a real pleasure.
