  Came out and spent an hour and half measuring roof to give estimate. It’s been a month and a half and yet no estimate. Called office several times and yet no response. Don’t waste your time.

  Fantastic contractor. The entire team - office staff and the crew onsite - were fantastic to work with. Quality Roofing led the coordination with our solar panel and solar pool mat contractors behind the scenes to ensure seamless phasing of all the work. They also went above and beyond to identify and fix other leak issues in areas of our roof that were not in their original scope, potentially saving us from much more costly repairs down the road. Overall, can't be more satisfied and recommend them to anyone looking for roof work!

  Quality Roofing of SB did an outstanding installation at our Alston Rd house. Charley, the field ops mgr, gave us a good overview of what to expect in the 2 week demo & installation process & he kept us informed throughout. Jason, the onsite foreman, ran his team very efficiently, They coordinated very well with our carpenter on facia & soffit damages. They were upbeat and positive inspite of the warm weather. Every evening before Jason's team left the site, they clean up around the house and minimized the dust and debris on our living space. My wife , a local realtor, was most pleased with the job and organization of Quality. I expect she will be recommending Quality to her fellow realtors. Thank you Quality Roofing!

  I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Quality Roofing and highly recommend them for roof work in the Santa Barbara area. Back in Dec/Jan we had our roof leak during one of those terrible multi-day stretches of rain. In a panic I called Quality Roofing at 5:30 in the morning and requested an emergency tarping of my apartment. In very short order Mary called me back and said her crew was on its way. They covered the area in question with heavy plastic and sand bags thus eliminating any further damage inside. I was so grateful. Fast-forward to this month when we were going to replace that roof in its entirety, while at the same time getting it tented for termites. There was NO ONE else I was going to call! They had already proved themselves to me as a quality business. Their office staff were patient and understanding while we went through the process of selecting an entirely different style of roof, coordinating with the city and facilitating the permit. Charlie and his crew did an amazing job re-roofing our building as well as working around the tenting process in the middle of there job. They did an amazing clean up when they were all done and left my property in fantastic condition and we are completely satisfied and will certainly be using them in the future as well.

  We can't say enough good things about our experience with Quality Roofing and their whole team. They helped us with a much needed flat roof installation amongst other repairs. They flexibly collaborated with us to meet all of our needs. Communication was timely, clear, professional, and friendly. Workmanship was excellent. We will definitely use them for any future needs.
