  Poor service and unprofessional. Showed up extremely late to quote a new roof, and never bother to do the quote. Clearly Action has enough business to keep them too busy.

  Terrible company for locals. They take up so many parking spots on the public street as well as saving for others (parking in middle of areas) Have talked to management on several occasions past and present and still have continued to park and be disrespectful to the residents of the neighborhood. As of the time of this post there are 5 Trucks, 1 Nissan Van, and 1 smart car that are parked throughout the area rather then a company yard. If this is there ethic on a public street I can only imagine how they are for work. Edit: 18 vehicles as of 8/16

  I called to schedule a roof repair estimate and the office confirmed. Prior to coming out, the rep called to find out about my roof style and then canceled because the office is worried about liability issues on doing repair work. They didn’t even come out to look at the leak. I figured they’d at least come out to offer recommendations to repair or replace part of it. That’s why I called, have someone look at it. Oh well. On a side note, the rep was nice and knowledgeable - it would have been nice to get his recommendation though.

  DO NOT TRUST Action Roofing. Before you hire them, do yourself a favor and look up all the lawsuits they have had against them. Pages of them. They are public record. I regretfully hired them in 2020 before knowing about all their lawsuits, and they left my gutters/downspouts incomplete. They have cost me tens of thousands of dollars and they refused to compensate me for their negligence. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY. Jack Martin will fast talk you and schmooze you.

  Nice pictures , can see I would think these workers have not done this job before which I know isn't true but I think someone's being milked. I have some wonderful neighbors and this is not a good time can be taken advantage of

  Martin was great to work with. He came out to take a look when I had a ceiling leak and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what could be causing the issue and walked me through my options in a way that was easy to understand. He was honest, professional, and it’s clear he really knows what he’s doing. I’d definitely recommend Martin to anyone needing roofing advice or services.
