  i find it strange that you would bring up something that came up 11 years ago. the reason we use contracts is to list the work we are doing and the price is determined by the amount of work labor we are doing and the necessary material we will need. this additional roof was not on the contract and we gave you a price to come back and do it. you may think that it was small but someone had to drive to you jobsite remeasure the addition work make a material list and then go pick it up and come back and do the work. even if this was a small job this takes a half a day with two men. figure 200 in additional material and pay two men for 1/2 days pay, gas milage, dump fees , insurance and it really doesnt leave much for profit. nobody would be in business doing this. i am sorry you didnt ask for it on the inital contract it would have made us both happy and simplified this and i am sorry you are still upset over this 11 years later. my appologies.

  I have over 25000 customers that I have done work for since 1986. Of that group of 25000, mr raraigh found 16 complaints of which only 3 were handled by the home improvement commission and this is over 40 years. One of my salesmen sold him 24 windows 2 doors and gutter. The total price of the job was $35871. We ordered the doors and the windows and they were delivered to my warehouse. They were custom made for his home and could not be used anywhere else. About the same time the door company called and said they couldn’t make one of the doors to the specs he needed. Because of this problem I went to meet mr raraigh for the first time to try to drop the door from the order. He knew I already had the windows in my warehouse and could not get the money back. He reduced the cost of the job to $29500 and I had to accept but it did not change the way my people were instructed to do the install. Although my crews are independent contractors for tax purposes, they have been with me for many years. The door was installed in late November or early December. it was a 40 degree day. The next day got down to 9 degrees and it rained all night. The caulk on the door ran. This was weather related. We have gone back several times to correct the caulking and to satisfy him. no one’s fault but the unexpected weather. Kevin installed the windows and capping around the windows in august. mr raraigh called me in December and said that Kevin did not fill a gap on the top of the window in his kitchen. I said I would meet Kevin on the job and take the exterior capping off and see if he made a mistake. raraigh said it had to be on a Sunday or after 6 at night he could not take any more work off from his government job. after 6 it is dark, so this was delayed till warmer weather with longer days. When we finally were able to arrange to meet, we took off the capping on the kitchen and Kevin had not filled the gap at the top of the window. He said Kevin’s ladder had dented the siding on 3 si

  Beware of shady business! Read all the negative reviews before you do business with them. I would give 0 stars if I could. I had my siding installed 7 years ago and have had nothing but issues from bulging pieces, to vents falling off, shorted outlets, improper flashing, and leaks. Just recently I had some of my siding blown off my house. All my neighbors with their original old aluminum siding had no issues. Turns out a bunch of the siding was nailed into nothing! Literally you can just pull the nails out by hand because they are only being held by foam board. I noticed a few more areas bulging and they had the same exact issue. I had warned the company that I had concerns from the beginning on workmanship and the told me not to worry and they stood behind their work. Well 7 years later they think it's totally reasonable for this to happen and won't take ownership of their poor work. See attached photos. I guarantee the owner will respond saying they have been using the same crew for 30+ years without issue. Well why do I have siding nailed into foam? They also wanted to charge me $500 in labor alone to fix those few boards which is a complete insult and shows they could care less about their mistakes. Seriously, feel free to reach out to me and I can provide more details before you make the same mistake as me.

  Just seen Snap, it was the worst ever! Would like a refund or tickets to another show, this was very boring, almost like a school play, paid $107.00 was definitely a ripoff!!! I have seen other shows here that were fantastic. This was a real bust and should have been cancelled with only 250 tickets sold😢😢😢 …

  The process in obtaining a new roof with the Whiting Company went very smoothly from start to finish. From the first meeting with Don, to securing our financing, to meeting Mr. Whiting, we felt very comfortable and assured that we would be getting to roof we needed with endurable materials that would last us many years to come. They kept us updated as we were out of town during the bulk of the work. That in itself was reassuring. We were expecting a lot of rain while we were out of town and they stayed from about 7am to nearly 8 pm to assure we had a roof to avoid water damage inside our home. That meant a lot! They even worked with us when I forgot to transfer the funds at the start of the job! Lastly, they provided a ton of photos from start to finish to reflect the process along the way. I could go on but, I’ll end by saying it’s the first time I’ve had a professional service provided that I feel completely comfortable and satisfied with. I’ll be telling all of my friends and neighbors who may be seeking riffing services in the future.

  The whiting company replaced our main house roof after they had done such a good job on our sheds we asked them to take a look and give use an estimate. The estimate was an excellent value and they completed the job in one day! They cleaned the gutters while doing the job which was such a help as well. They did a good job covering the landscaping plants and clean up was excellent. We’d use them again for their services and can’t recommend them highly enough!

  They did 3 projects for me - roofing, gutters, window wraps/siding touch up. I am happy with the work. They were efficient and cleaned up well. My only issue was getting clear communication for when (day/time) the crews were coming to do the jobs.

  Very efficient operation. Installers showed up on time, materials delivered, work expertly accomplished. Installers worked through extreme heat. Cleaned up everyday before leaving. All work precise . Installers kept me informed each step of the process. Would highly recommend Whiting Company for any siding needs.

  Excellent service from beginning to end. The crew was efficient and professional and they did a great job replacing over 20 windows in my home in a day and a half. I used Whiting Co to replace my gutters previously and they did a fantastic job there too. I recommend them to friends and family for their home improvement projects and will use them again for my own projects. Prices are very reasonable and more importantly, the quality of the work is supreme.

  We had Whiting replace 18 windows and a sliding glass door. They also added metal capping to the window trim on the front of our house. Everything turned out great! They were professional, quick, tidy, and did a wonderful job.
