Do not use P.J. Fitzpatrick for your home remodeling project. This has been an absolute nightmare, and I would not want another homeowner to go through what my husband and I are dealing with right now. On May 20th, we hired them for a simple shower remodel. At first, everything looked fine and we believed the work had been done properly. Unfortunately, we later discovered the installer had damaged the drain during installation. Because we did not use the shower for more than 24 hours, there were no immediate signs of a problem. We began using the shower on May 22nd through May 26th. Then on May 26th, my husband noticed a large bubble forming in our den ceiling along with water dripping from it. He immediately contacted the company to report the issue. A technician came out to inspect the damage and confirmed the leak was coming from the newly installed shower drain. As the photos show, our ceiling had to be torn open because of the damage caused during the installation. Today is May 28th, and we are still dealing with the aftermath. We were told technicians would come today to repair the drywall and ceiling. I even received an email confirming the appointment, but no arrival time was provided. By 12:03 p.m., no one had shown up, and I had to contact the supervisor myself for an update. After damaging our home, why should I have to chase someone down for answers? The supervisor told me they should arrive around 12 p.m., which clearly did not happen. I then received another call saying the technician was running behind and would “maybe” arrive between 1:00 and 1:30 p.m. At this point, I am simply warning other homeowners. Save yourself the stress, time, money, and frustration. Please consider using another company.

Kecia, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and stress you and your husband have experienced throughout this situation. We understand how upsetting it must be to deal with water damage in your home following your shower remodel, especially after believing the installation had been completed properly. The communication delays and uncertainty surrounding the follow up repairs only added to an already difficult experience, and we understand your disappointment. At PJ Fitzpatrick, we strive to provide quality workmanship and dependable customer care, and we regret that your experience did not reflect those standards. Your concerns regarding the installation issue, resulting damage, and communication throughout the repair process are being taken seriously. We would appreciate the opportunity to review this matter further and work toward resolving your concerns. Please contact us directly at feedback@pjfitz.com. Thank you for choosing PJ Fitzpatrick.

The predatory nature of PJ Fitzpatrick can't be summarized enough for google reviews. I tried and constantly get rejected for length. I will make this short and sweet. This company is predatory. Their pricing is criminal and it is done intentionally to make their model work. The company uses a "one call close" sales tactic, which is designed to get homeowners from initial greeting to signing a contract in one visit. The giveaway here is that they use a "button up" sequence designed to solidify the sale after the signature to prevent buyer's remorse. Which I guarantee you will have after dealing with this company. Their model is highly psychological to give you the impression that you are getting the best price: 1-year pricing: super inflated to give you sticker shock. 30-day pricing: will be sustainably lower Sign today pricing: Will be lower than 30-day, normally by a significant amount, but still way overpriced. This enhances the chances that you will be so impressed by the lower price if you "sign today" that you won't notice that you are still being overcharged by a significant amount. For example: PJ Fitzpatrick wanted to charge me 64 dollars per linear foot for gutters. This was much better than the 89 dollars per linear foot for the 1 year price. Still over DOUBLE what the average is for our area for new gutters that are of standard quality. Called for a small problem. They were not interested in helping me, they just wanted to quote me for the entire house for new gutters. When I asked what it would cost to solve the small problem, the price was over 4 times as high as the next highest quote I had. The sales rep then had the audacity to try and convince me that the price was solid and that everyone else was the problem. The model tries to force you to sign quickly, making the process of getting other quotes undesirable and giving you the impression that if you don't sign, you will lose out. This is so you cannot see that they are ripping

First of all I retract any favorable statements I may have made towards the service I received from PJ Fitzpatrick. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the incompetency and quality of service I have endured with this company, no matter how many favorable compliments they may receive their is always one that has a bad experience, I had a 2 part job, tub and shower in the main bathroom and new shower in the en suite which took forever to get started. Starting with the salesman who failed to go into details regarding my tub fixtures and the options I had, he sold me the lowest price design of tub and shower, which looks like something at home depot, which I feel he was only trying to make a sell and move to his next subject. After about a week or so I just happen to look in the main bathtub and it was leaking bad(water bill) I Don't know how long? Repairman comes out, bad cartridge, then tells me your water connection are backwards, and they would have to remove that wall to fix that, oh, let me backup 2 days prior to the tub leak they come out to install the en suite shower I am highly frustrated at this drain pan I waited over a month for which is smaller than the original one has a 5in lip on the front whereas I can trip over getting out of the shower(salesman error again) when my original one had a 1in lip the shower is smaller and I am not happy with the shower fixtures at all (salesman error)this has been one of the most unsatisfying experience with a contractor I have ever had and would not recommend them to ANYONE.!!!

I needed gutter replacement. They said s guy would come prepared to do the job. He drove over 2 hours to get to me and said he couldn't do it or give me a price. They sent a second person who didn't do the job or give me price. I hired a local contractor. Job done.

did not deliver what they promised. Salesman said one thing they came and installed something else, when question about it, they wanted to add $8000 to the bill. We were promised neutral on the inside of the windows that would match the windows itself. Now we have a wood grain window with white molding.Because the inside molding was not replaced

Just needed to close up gap underneath back entry door. Very simple and straight forward job. Company extremely overpriced and did not have the supplies to do the job as promised when I set appointment up. Good piece of advice to this company focus on customer needs and not upselling.

Our Shower installation occurred on August 4, 2025. We have many concerns: - Many of the things specified in the sales pitch, was different from the actual install. - Materials used were not discussed at the time of sale. - The rigidity of the product installed was nonexistent where the acrylic wrap meets the existing wall. - The existing floor was cut wider than needed for the shower pan leaving a gap. - The plywood backing forced the acrylic wall wrap to sit further out from the wall. - Lastly, we’ve made over 15 calls and have yet to speak with the Manager of the installation team to get a resolution to our problems. It’s been 10 days and counting and we haven’t been able to use the shower.

Both gentlemen that came to do my install were very professional & efficient. Mike was a hard worker and took his time to ensure we were satisfied with their service. He kept me updated along the way regarding the progress. Ishmael & Mike were very upbeat and friendly, I would recommend both young men to family & friends. Thanks for helping to make our home more beautiful.

the first 2 guys who came out were exceptional. The next guy who came out told me that the measurements taken for the shower door were inaccurate, however, never tried to call the company for verification. The bottom of the shower(lift) from the first guys was too high. The VA approved the makeover because the lift was too high. Now we are told the lift is what they have. Why were we not given this information. When Isaiah came he was a breathe of fresh air. he was professional, and calm, and really wanted to do what he could, he was outstanding!
