  Missed an appointment & never called. Never called to re-schedule. When I called to find out why they didn't show or call, they said they would have someone call me back to re-schedule, over a week later, they still hadn't called. After the original installation, garbage & old parts were left for me to pick up. Horrible company at every level. If I could rate them a zero, I would.

  Just had our whole bathroom remodeled using Integrity Home Pro. Raul and RJ did a beautiful job from start to finish! They were very professional, clean, courteous, always answered our questions and kept us updated throughout the whole process.   Night and Day! Recently had Integrity replace the siding on my home with James Hardie Fiber Cement siding. Absolutely outstanding workmanship! The speed of the work and attention to detail were amazing. Previously they remarked my kitchen, replaced my roof, and installed gutters. I would recommend them to friends and family.

  Due to their previous bathroom remodeling in 2017, I called them to get them to remodel my upstairs bathroom, which was having plumbing problems. They came out and gave me all the details and a discount as a previous customer. Once we picked out all the new items for the entire bathroom, they ordered them and had them delivered here. I couldn't be here for the week they were wanting to start, so it was a week later and they put everything that they hadn't installed upstairs, so Easter with my entire family in the house was enjoyable. The bathroom was finished on April 17th, and it looks "great!" We had one problem with the plumbing, and I called to see what they could do. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. We are now enjoying a beautiful new bathroom!
