  Used Andy to replace my roof last month and him and his team were fantastic! They were prompt, courteous and reliable. Andy was informative of what they were going to do and transparent in all the costs-no hidden fees or add ons. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend White Leaf!

  I have been involved with the service industry in my career and when I receive outstanding service, I want to make sure everyone knows about it. I have found Andy to be incredibly honest and professional. He has been to my house on several ocassions and each time was a great experience.   Andy came out to look at a potential roof leak and was the only contractor out of three who responded quickly and got to our house the next business day. He gave us an honest appraisal of the situation and clearly had our best interests in mind. We are going to try a DIY fix first for our stucco, but will call back if the roof is actually the issue! Honest contractors can be hard to find, but Andy sure is one.

  While nobody's crazy about dropping 10K unless it's for a bathroom or other update, Andy and his crew made our new roof-underlayment a pleasant experience. Andy is hands-on and personally monitored the progress and his personality is upbeat and informative. His crew is hard-working and efficient. I totally recommend White Leaf Roofing!

  Andy and his team at White Leaf Roofing are hands down the best contractors I have ever experienced. Superb workmanship, outstanding materials and what they bid on my job, is exactly what I paid upon completion. No surprises. These folks walk the walk. I highly recommend them!

Here is the thing about Arizona tile roofs. The tiles last 50 years or more. The underlayment beneath them does not. It is the felt under the tile that dries out, cracks, and finally lets water through, usually somewhere around year 15 to 20. When that happens you do not need all new tiles. You need a re-felt and relay: I lift your existing tiles, replace the failed underlayment underneath, and lay the same tiles back down. Same roof, new waterproofing, a fraction of the cost of a tear-off. Most roof repairs I do run from $500 to $3,500. Underlayment work is bid individually after I see it, and I walk you through the numbers so you can see them yourself.
