Solar came off in end of March still not back on. Roof finish last week 5/19. Leak of tar smell inside house for three days. A/c guy came out and fixed that. When doing the garage side worker fell part way through the roof hole in garage sealing (still not fixed) by roofing company.

Hi Ed, thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry for the issues that happened on your project. I just wanted to clarify for this review that we were not involved in the solar in any way or the issue with the AC. The drywall was repaired in the garage, although it took about a week to get that done. We’re here for anything you may need in the future, please call us anytime!

Cesar showed up on a Saturday with no confirmation of him coming after the Wednesday before there was a no show stating their job ran long then again nothing on Thursday then I was told by Luke that they were coming on Friday which was again a no show then text at 730pm stating that they were waiting for the project manager. Horrible communication and horrible customer service. Cesar was very nice but asked what the job was and had no idea. Also he did not have a tall enough ladder for a 2 story house. 2 young guys showed up the next Tuesday and had no idea what the job was and asked me where the broken tiles were. Stay far far away from this company. They left 2 to 3 inch nails on the ground in my backyard for my 2 and 5 year old to play with. And a metal plate on top of my air conditioning condenser so it could fall into the fan. Still waiting for someone to come and check if the job was done right.

The quality was very good.Informing of arrival times could have been much better. They broke a sky light it took 2 months to replace it. Was told they were coming up many times and no show. Very frustrating.

Real Roofing took care of my roof very well and efficiently. A previous contractor overlooked some items and Real Roofing was able to get out same day to assess what was needed and knocked it out for me. They did shingle, flat roof (putting in a pitch), and even a dead valley that was challenging. I recommend Peter to take care of your roof right the first time and the attention to detail. I will be using them again.

I recently had my roof refurbished with real roofing. Peter, their sales representative was professional and did not pressure while answering all of my questions. I did a rather exhaustive search getting no fewer than six roofing estimates, before finally committing. They were quick, clean and efficient from start to finish. I’d recommend them for anyone looking for roofing services.
