I called MSW to get an estimate for my flat roof that has started leaking. An employee came to my home and looked at the roof for a few minutes and then said he would send me an estimate of the costs. I never received an estimate or follow up. Maybe it’s because I have a small 1970’s home and they didn’t want to waste their time? That’s too bad because another company happily took the job and will make $17,000.

Christina We sent the quote to your husband Dans email the day after we did the roof inspection which was a fraction of the quote from the other roofing company. Maybe you should check with your husband Dan I don’t know why you are saying we didn’t send you a quote. We take our business very serious and This review is uncalled for I would appreciate you removing this.

requested a quote thru website. never heard back from company for over 4 days. when email returned, they offered to come out for quote. i waited a week, contacted them thru email again. they replied with "next week", well today is the end of "THAT WEEK" and have not heard nor seen anyone from this company, no call no email no NOTHING. poor service, poor and VERY slow repsonse.. will be moving on as the estimate was needed for insurance, without the roof getting fixed, i cant get insurance to cover it.. so they lost out on a job! very UNHAPPY
