White Knight Contracting

The only one or two-star review we hold for White Knight Contracting.

Terrible customer service. I never write reviews but felt the need for this one. We contacted white knight to have our hail damage done by them. Initially we really liked Matthew and got good vibes but it took him over 6 months to actually come out to our property to do the assessment and it has now been 8 months since then and have not been provided a quote. I have reached out a few separate times and just received the same response that he is working on it. All this after being told we were at the top of the list for having work done. This is now affecting renewing our mortgage.

Matt at White knight was great to work with. Was able to help me on very short notice with some spray foam work in my basement. Quoted me a very fair price and did a great job, didn't try to upsell or use my need for rush work to leverage a higher price. Super friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend.

As a condominium manager, I like to give experts very clear expectations of my very specific requests and hope I get what I want. Some vendor don't like being scrutinized or having restrictive scopes of work. I have used White Knight for the last six years as a manager and have the confidence that not only will they always do what I want as much as possible - but they will also bring their expertise to advise me on alternative solutions. Sometimes I don't have the best solution in mind and they will work to find it for me. I have used them to mitigate drainage problems on large properties, complete minor repairs to keep down spouts and troughs functioning longer, and even create very specific seasonal bypasses for rain collection systems. I love using their team, and I'm sure you will too!

Matt at White Knight Contracting came to the house the same day when we contacted him about squirrels in our attic. He installed a temporary block right away, provided a quote the next day and completed the repair to soffits and trim the following day (on the weekend). Response was fantastic!
