This guy is the worst driver I have ever seen. I watched him cut off and just about hit, then flip off 7 cars on Deerfoot today. While pulling a trailer! Also while speeding at least 30 over through construction. …

Apparently, there are two sides to the story, however, we have spoken to to our driver about this and we have his assurance that he will be more diligent in the future.

I haven't personally dealt with this company before but the new rubber shingles on my neighbour's roof no doubt look pretty slick now. Sadly, its too bad the working crew could care less about the mess/garbage left behind after their work …

Our deepest apologies. Would you like us to send someone over to clean it up right now? We are sending someone over now with a magnet to remedy the situation. Once again, we are so sorry that we caused you this inconvenience. Please accept our apologies. Karen Van Riesen Owner We came right over Ricky and cleaned everything up and ran the nail magnet over your yard as well. You'll see we rang your doorbell to apologize in person. Sorry we missed you. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We had a great experience with Ebenezer Roofing and are very pleased with the work they did on our roof. From the initial preparation of the site through to the actual installation, everything was handled professionally and with care. The crew did an excellent job, kept the work area organized, and completed a thorough cleanup afterward. What impressed us as well was their follow-up after the installation. They came back to take care of a few touch-ups and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished job. Overall, the workmanship, communication, attention to detail, and follow-up were excellent. We would definitely recommend Ebenezer Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor.

I normally don't write reviews but this one was definitely warranted... Ebenezer Roofing did a phenomenal job with our roof replacement. The communication and execution was flawless from the entire team (Karen, Terry and Will). The company is family run and you can tell the pride they had in their work. The quoting process was simple and effective. Terry came over and physically went up on the roof to give an honest assessment of what he saw and validated the need for a roof replacement. The pictures and explanations were clear and precise. The quote was received in a timely manner and all the questions we had were quickly answered. After agreeing to the quote, we landed on a start time a few months later when the weather improved. Prior to ordering product, Karen reached out for final confirmation and confirmed the start date with us. The crews showed up on time every day and made sure to keep us apprised of their progress. Also, I confirmed that they were all employees of Ebenezer and the job wasn't subcontracted out which was one of the other reasons why I selected Ebenezer Roofing. Every day when they left they ensured that the roof was left in a waterproofed state and cleaned up as best they could to ensure the house was still useable throughout the duration of the project. The morale of the entire team was excellent - you could tell they were happy to be there. The roof was completed flawlessly and pictures were sent to me afterwards. I cannot say enough positive things on my experience with Ebenezer Roofing. Hopefully I never need a roof replacement again, but I know who I will be calling if I do. Thank you again for everything and making this an incredible experience. Nathan

Terry and his crew removed my concrete tile roof and replaced it with Euroshield 50-year hailproof rubber in the middle of winter during a warm-weather window. It looks so good I’ve already recommended Ebenezer Roofing to a friend and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their current roof. Dave M

We had an excellent experience working with Ebenezer Roofing. Karen and Terry truly went above and beyond to support us throughout our roofing project. From the first conversation to final completion, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in walking us through every step of the process and answering all our questions. We were so pleased with the quality of their work and service that we also decided to proceed with our siding through them as well. This is a family-run business, and it genuinely shows in how much care, integrity, and pride they take in their work. They offered fair and competitive pricing, met all our needs, and delivered exactly what they promised. The crew was respectful and professional on site, and the cleanup was exceptional. They even re-arranged our Halloween decorations after the work was done, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids were thrilled and so were we. If you’re looking for honest, professional contractors who truly care about their clients, I highly recommend Ebenezer Roofing. Genuine, good people and a pleasure to work with. Thanks!
