  If you have an issue they don't respond or take forever to get back to you. I have been waiting 88 days for them to respond regarding a roof leak and no response. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they haven't responded to that either. I had another roofing company do the emergency repair and they did it the same day I called them. The initial issue was brought up a year ago after the roof was installed and after numerous emails and calls, they sent two young men to check the roof and they told me no issues with the roof. The same issue happened again this year in the same location and I provided all the details with photos and full email trail from the previous interactions. Let's see if they ask for my address here or just check their email first.

  I hired them to replace the roof and sidings. Finished the roofing first then couple of months later finally came to complete the sidings. They removed the side gate and the net fence for their access. That’s understandable. But after the completion, never put back the net fence, side gate is crooked now and not closing properly. They didn’t secure back the down spout and it’s dangling from the roof. Left the nails and vinyl pieces on the ground. Not a professional company. Wouldn’t hire them again rather will find a company in future with the good reputation so we can have peace of mind.

  Outstanding experience from day one! The A1 team did a fantastic job installing Hardie plank, Smart Board, and replacing our eavestroughs/gutters. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better contractor. After the 2024 hailstorm, there were companies popping up everywhere, all offering repairs. It was tough to tell who really knew what they were doing and who was just trying to make a quick buck. A1 stood out right away as professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Do yourself a favour and call A1; you will not be disappointed.

  After hail i was looking for reliable and good service provider roofing and siding company. I had a fantastic experience with A1 Roofing, their prices are incredibly competitive to other roofing companies, which was a huge relief given the scope of the work.   I just had my whole house done by A1 Roofing and Siding..They quoted a reasonable price..What a pleasant experience..They roofed my house and garage and took only one day..The workers were top notch and very professional..After they were done they did a excellent job of cleaning up..They then did the siding to my house and garage..I had LP Smartside siding installed..It is abit more labour involved and time consuming job to do..It took them 3 days to complete..Then again did a fantastic job of clean up..I was very impressed how it all turned out..They came back the next day to finish the touch ups...My wife and I are very happy with our new home..I would highly recommend A1Roofing and Siding to do your home renovation

  A1 roofing did the hail repairs of my house. I am satisfied with the work they did. They addressed any issues and concerns I raised albeit there were delays and missed timelines apparently due to the heavy volumes of work they had. Overall, I am pleased with the work they did, hence my recommending them to a friend who also used them and expressed her satisfaction.
