  They were supposed to come to my house on two separate occasions and both times they never showed up. Tryed calling and left message but could not even call me back. Not a company I would do business with.

  I had hail damaged in 2020 and using Hubbard as the AMA preferred vendor at that time. Hubbard wasn't a valuable company to deal with. I have so many problems especial with the roof replacement. My roof was replaced first and then a siding crew came. My siding done half side on the west and the crew never show up. Eventually we found out from the second group that the first crew walked out. The second crew used nails to nail wood on the second level roof to support their weight to install the vinyl siding ( not sure why not using the scaffolding). After the work done, it ruined my roof, the appearance even looked worst after the hail. I called Hubbard, a staff came in and checked and they said they will replace it however they only bought one pile of new shingles which were not enough quantity to replace my second level roof. I watched from my bonus room and they picked the used or ruin pieces from the big garbage bin for the short. At the end, I hired a roof inspector and emailed the report to Hubbard and AMA Adjuster. Adjuster was sent for another inspection for the roof then this time Hubbard replaced with new shingles. When the crew replaced the vinyl siding, my stove hood fan wasn't able to pull air out but Cold Air Blow through the Hook Fan. Every time when we turned on the hood fan during the winter time, a big scrapping noise and cooking smell will not pull out. We found they broke the metal piece inside the vent, we can see someone instead of replaced a new one, and it just put the broken piece upside down. The original one broken but Hubbard said it wasn't make by them to cause the issue. I didn't use my stove hood fan for almost four years until I had someone came to build our extended fence this year. I spoke with the vendor about the stove hood fan problem and he was so kindly fixed it for me. Another interesting thing I found because of this year hail damage in August.   Our roof did not leak before Hubbard Roofing replaced our shingles but it did after. The leaking started in July. Incredibly it took until November for them to attempt a repair. With the melting snow over Christmas it was obvious the attempt failed. We had to live with a stained ceiling, holes in the drywall and water dripping into strategically placed containers. In mid January, someone came out again to examine the issue and try to solve the problem. Since then we have enjoying peace and quiet without water dripping and the holes in the drywall have been repaired. We are overjoyed to have this nightmare end!

  I am not impressed at all with this company. We had made arrangements with them in April, 2022 to have our roof re-shingled. At that time, they told us that they would be out in approximately July. We thought that seemed reasonable. July came and went. The only contact that was made was when we made inquiries. It was a hot summer so we were understanding that the workers could not be on a hot black roof in the heat. September rolled around, still no roofers. In October, we contacted them again and they said they would be out by about the 11th. Still no contact. We again initiated contact. To appease us, they told us that our shingles were being loaded next. Still no commitment as to when the roofing would begin. Next the shingles were dropped off and set on the roof. We were hopeful. The crew went up and found it too windy to continue. Time continued to pass us by. Finally, we could see the weather was not going be conducive to shingling and frankly by the end of October we had had enough and asked them to come pick up the shingles and we were no longer interested in doing business with them. They made one last ditch effort to come out on October 31. We looked at the weather and the next day and days after were too cold and snowing. So what would they strip the roof and then have to leave it?? We were done. The other thing is, they kept mentioning about how steep our roof was and that it was a challenge. If it was a challenge in colder weather, why not do this type of roof when it was not cold and do other roofs when it cooled down? Poor project management in my view. We will find someone else to do our roof in Spring 2023. We are very disappointed that we wasted 6 months waiting around for Hubbard and now prices are likely going to increase on us. Thanks Hubbard! I would not recommend this company at all.

  We had a leak around the chimney of our roof and engaged Hubbard Roofing to do the job. They responded quickly and professionally. The prices were fair, not cheap and not expensive. The work was excellent and they responded by sending photos of everything they did, including replacing some wood in the roof and removing the bucket that was up there collecting rain water from the last storm. Quality independent Calgary business!!

  Thank you to the Hubbard Team for taking on our roofing project - new shingles, fascia and eaves are all looking great!   Blair spent about an hour tracking down the issue, and when he realized it was actually a plumbing problem, he didn’t charge us at all. Super nice guy, hardworking, and very detail-oriented. I’d definitely recommend Hubbard Roofing!

  Stefan and Nicole are knowledgable, sincere and integral. I moved into my home this past summer and when Stefan inspected my roof he said: whoever did your roof, cared. It takes someone who cares to recognize this. Stefan installed another roof vent. He did a great job and the price was 1/2 of what others quoted.
