  Started off getting a quote on a insurance claim which included storm damage. A quote was provided once State Farm issued a check for repairs they ghosted me! I called main number no speedy resolution. Their office states some one will call back in 7 days. Wow we were excited for a new roof but that is unprofessional. I will be going else where and reissuing funds to the next company. (Which delays my timeline for repairs to my property) A very nice professional letter was sent over to White Castle roofing CEO as this cant be the standard for this region. Do not recommend run the other way.

White Castle Roofing completed your inspection within two days of initial contact, attended scheduled adjustments, and provided multiple photo reports along with a full estimate. It is our opinion that the damage on the roof was done by a ballpoint hammer and not hail. Which is why State Farm recommended that you file a police report. No funds of yours were ever issued to us and we offered to connect you with other professional roofers in the region when we informed you, we would not be helping you further with this claim. We wish you the best with your repairs moving forward.

  We had a great experience with White Castle Roofing and are really happy with how our new roof turned out. There were a few issues with the gutters after the job was finished, but they were quick to respond when we reached out. Ryan listened to our concerns and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with and that they stood behind their work. Communication was good throughout the whole process, and they followed through on everything they said they would. Overall, we are very happy with the roof and would definitely recommend White Castle Roofing!

  We had such a great experience with this company initially when, shortly after buying our home, water came dripping through the ceiling as the result of a popped nail in the roof. Two years later, after our roof was hail damaged, we hired them to redo the whole roof. The job wasn’t completed for nine months. It’s a long story so here’s the short version. The shingles they used were defective so that was a nightmare trying to get it rectified with the shingle manufacturer (who ended us denying they were defective). They told us they could fix the metal pergola as part of the roofing project. They delivered the metal slats, which sat in our driveway for weeks. Then they told us they ordered the wrong slats. Then they said the whole pergola would have to be replaced. We called the pergola company, which came out and replaced the slats pronto. I’m just glad this fiasco is over.

  I cannot say enough about White Castle roofing . Derek, who came to do some repair on my roof was an absolute gentleman and very professional and completed the job to perfection.   We recently had some minor wind damage to a group of shingles on our roof. Braden accurately assessed the damage, and luckily it was an easy repair that was able to be fixed the same day. I would highly recommend this group for any of your roofing needs in the Grand Valley!

  We had some minor damage to the flashing. White Castle came out the same day and fixed the issue. Great communication, great service. We plan to replace our roof in a few years and this is the only company I'll call.
