  If they roof like they drive, stay away. You are supposed to look before backing up in gas station parking lots. You almost hit me, had I not stopped, you woukd have. Learn how to drive, its not hard

  I was charged more for removal of the second roof layer, once work was begun. This should have been seen and included in the original quote. Don't think it'd be that hard to see two layers if you're a professional roofer. First day no one showed until noon. Second day no one showed up at all. Third day was scrambling to finish before our family reunion began later that afternoon. Every single roof replacement around me was done in one day; exception being solar panels reattached. Thursday after roof was finished, a man told me later that day someone would pick up leftover materials. No one showed until I called Tuesday of the next week for someone to take leftover materials away NOW. During our family reunion, we had to look at a stack of roofing, pieces of flashing, cans of some substance. No, I would not recommend Bros Roofing.

  Disappointing. I was really impressed with their initial, quick response to come quote my roof after the hailstorm in June, and helped coordinate with insurance. I was asked to sign an agreement that stated that’s since they gave me a free quote and I’m agreeing to use them, I’d have to pay a fee if I went elsewhere. My insurance adjuster later told me they aren’t allowed to do require this. I referred them to several people because they started off strong. I picked my roofing material and they let me know that when I had paid in full, they’d get me schedule. The day I went to make a payment, I called ahead to tell them I’d be there at 4 after I got off work and drove in from Fruita and they confirmed they’d be open till 5. When I got there, they had a sign on the door that said they were closed at 3:30 for a meeting. After leaving a message stating I’d go find sooner else if they don’t want my money. They called back and I was able to make my payment and said they’d coordinate with the solar company and call me to schedule a date. I never heard back so I reached out and was told they’d put me in for October which was a little over a month out. I understand with the hail that everyone is busy but I at least want communication. Skip ahead to October and my date got pushed back due to rain. Again, understanding that’s beyond their control but no communication was made until I reached out. Ty my ran out of material so installation was slowed down, furniture was not put back after finished and I had to call them to let them Know they still had materials left behind a week later and I had to get ahold Of the solar company myself. I did get apologies from the owner when I let him know because he had no idea this had happened. I feel like as a his was owner, it still falls on you to check on these things or make sure communication is being made.

  I was able to schedule someone stop by for an estimate fairly quick, that was the only easy thing about the entire process. After our estimate was completed and a contract was drawn out my husband and I paid half of the cost up front and waited to hear from their office to get scheduled. We never heard from anyone. We called and left multiple voicemails with no call back. After about 2 weeks of being ignored I decided stop by in person to schedule my repairs only to be told at that time they no longer do repairs, yet happily took my money for a repair job. Hesitately they finally booked my appointment. Come appointment time, their men were late to the job even with us being the first appointment of the day. After the job was completed I found trash and rusty nails scattered throughout my backyard, which could have been a horrible situation for my puppy. After I called the company about this mess, they sent their men out again to clean up the yard. Days later while getting my swamp cooler replaced, the gentleman from the HVAC company let me know my gutters were full of rusty nails as well. Very unprofessional business. I would not recommend.

  Beware of these clowns! Workers showed up smelling like booze didn't fix my leak and charged me $16000. All they did is lie. All of there work was that was done took a year and still didn't fix my leak. Good luck if you hire these clowns.

  Bros Roofing was a very frustrating company to work with. At one of the higher priced roofing companies in town, one would expect a corresponding higher level of quality. At least we did upon hiring them. We were severely disappointed in the level of professionalism, quality, and respect that the company/workers exhibited. They postponed the project four times, which already had us dissatisfied before the project even began. Each time, there were a multitude of different excuses offered. Then it was time to begin the work and only 2-3 guys were working at any given time. They only worked about 6 hours a day (8am, followed by at least an hour lunch, and done working by 3pm). This lead to the project taking twice the amount of time quoted (4 days --> 8 days). They left my gate open on multiple occasions despite my repeatedly asking them to close it (I have a dog and a doggie door), they exhibited no care or respect to my home by slamming things down on the roof far more violently than needed (which was admitted by the only experienced guy that was on site) resulting in several broken objects in my house, they left trash and rusty nails all over my property on multiple occasions, and we had issues with the dumpster blocking the garage for two days longer than they originally told us. In addition, they broke a piece of my swamp cooler, and neglected to inform me of this damage which was not discovered until my plumber winterized the swamp. The only excuses given for all of this were that "the workers are young and new" which doesn't give us much confidence in the work that was done. Take this information and do with it as you will, but don't say you weren't warned. Buyer beware. Update: they did go ahead and discount my $22,000 project by about $100 for our difficulties and paid for the damage to the swamp cooler, which amounted to a band aid on a giant gaping wound of dissatisfaction

  We had bros roofing come out and give us a quote and we ended up having them fix our roof, their quote was by far way better than another company by $2,600 so obviously we went with bros roofing, they showed up on time for the quote and to fix the roof, they were fast and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and our roof was fixed. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed.
