  I had Saenz roofing replace three roofs. None of them leaked before I had them replaced. After they replaced the roofs 2 of the 3 leaked. The came out and caulked one of the roofs but that only lasts about as long as their workmanship guarantee which is 5 years. I called them numerous times about the second one that leaked and water ran into my house.They did not return my call or come by to see what was the matter. I had to hire a different roofer to come fix the leak.i would not recommend them for roofing jobs. Their price would have been reasonable if the roofs would not have leaked.

  Initially it was very difficult to even get a response for help with a small roof repair. I called, e-mailed, and filled out the "online scheduler" with no reply. Finally had someone come take a look (who had to borrow my ladder to get on a one-story roof because his wasn't tall enough). He disappeared and wouldn't answer my texts. After two weeks, Julio came out. Later that week he said he made a repair to the roof when I wasn't home, billed me $150, and said call the office if I need any more help, because he was moving away the next day. My roof continues to leak, the ceiling is about to collapse, and I cannot get a response after trying to reach someone for weeks. Worst customer service experience I've ever had trying to support local.

  A warranty only lasting 5 years? Is that normal? I bought my home and the roof sprung a leak. My home insurance wouldn't cover it because they said they don't cover "bad workmanship". When I called the company to inquire about warranty work, they didn't give me an appointment time, and claimed someone would come by to look. At 4:50 I had to call the company back, after staying home all day, waiting, only to be met with a confused receptionist who asked if I would call the man who was supposed to come look. Then proceeded to tell me the warranty was expired.

  Save yourself a lot of headache and do not use this company. Very poor communication and service. They stripped the wrong part of my roof, then left it uncovered despite me telling them that rain was in the forecast for the next several days, this resulted in water leaking into my living room and me having to stand on a ladder with a hair dryer to prevent the dry wall from being damaged. They broke pieces of my siding, my brother actually discovered that they did not replace a completely broken piece of wood panelling on the roof that they were literally just going to roll the roofing over and hoped we didn't notice. The flashing that they installed on the edges of the roof look pretty terrible with dents, etc. Not to mention the communication was absolutely horrible. I really wanted to pursue some kind of legal action or basically have them redo the flashing, but I was honestly so fatigued of dealing with this company that I paid my remaining balance so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. In conclusion, save yourself much stress and look elsewhere.

  Won’t return calls. I set up a meet time on their website and was advised someone would contact me to verify an appointment. Crickets. No call back and no appointment. I try to go local but this is what makes it hard.

  Mauricio Terraazas has been the representative from Saenze roofing working with me. He has been highly professional and went overboard to visit and make sure that I had the tiles that I needed and appropriate information to send to the insurance company. Mauricio and your entire company have been exemplary throughout. he helped me with replacing the shingles on our house house and is currently working with me to replace the flat roof over our sunroom

  Saenz Roofing has done repairs on my rental properties over the past five + years giving me the best price with exceptional service. When I have called for service, there have been many times Julio has come out the same day assessing the situation with quoting a fair price. They also replaced the roof at my personal residence with a metal roof, with again exceptional service including minimal time to complete the job and perfect clean up. Make your first call to Saenz Roofing for all your roofing needs.

  Saenz replaced our roof following the hailstorm last summer. They had just replaced it 3 years prior to the last project. Both projects were completed on time and professionally. We would use them again if needed. The follow small issues were again done on time and professionally. Their bids were within reason and acceptable.

  Saenz Roofing did a very good job for me. Staff was good to work with, prompt, good to keep in contact, cleaned up during and after the work was completed. Good to come back and fix a couple of spots that needed 'further attention'. Would highly recommend.

  We had a tricky roof replaced. A 1950 portion to a 70’s including a covered and enclosed patio space which is a flat roof…that needed to be connected to the garage. So, it covers a fair amount of square feet. Saenz roofing had the most reasonable price out of the three bids we got. SAenz came highly recommended from another roofer in the Valley who had retired. Speaks volumes. Quality job, great clean up and would use them again…although this roof will likely outlast us! Highly recommended.

  We had our roof replaced by Saenz Roofing in April 2026. We were very pleased by their prompt estimate and very fair pricing. The work was done in only 5 days and they were really careful in removing all of the old roofing. Great people to work with!
