My reasons for giving a one star, The First time we called was in January right before the snow they said they would come but they never showed up, and they never called us back to cancel or to reschedule the following week we called several times and leave several messages but they never pick up or call us back so I decided to call from my phone number which they answer right took my information and once again say that he will contact us to let us know when they can come and once again they never show up I keep calling and leaving a message but everything goes straight to a voice message for this is why I don't recommend them the only reason I call them was that the reviews were good but my experience when them was not.

Sorry about this miscommunication Laila, I believe if it was going straight to voicemail you weren't calling the number we have listed. We also told you we were pretty booked and we never scheduled a date and time to come out to your property. Either way, we hope you got your problem solved!

This company was amazing. I had called them twice for minor leaks somewhere on the roof, they came out promptly, did an inspection to find where and did the work without over-selling the repairs needed. They did quality work and worked well with the situation. Highly recommend.

I called Whites Roofing in an emergency situation. They came right out and fixed the issue. I have had no leaks since.. They were professional and cleaned up all the mess after. I am thankful for their handywork and timely response as the rain and leak was destructive.

I’ve never had such an easy experience with anyone who came to the house for repairs. When I originally contacted them, they called me within minutes and sent out a man to check out my roof that day, two days later my roof was totally fixed at a very reasonable price. I would highly highly highly recommend White and son roofing.
