  Terrible! I reached out to company for roof repair. Abner came to me in the beginning of June and it’s now mid August. I have had more damage from leaking roof since he came. I was able to speak with their “parts” person Janine who only told me the “parts are ordered” but could not give me any reference for time of project. I called again and again and now Janine doesn’t answer at all nor calls back. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told there is no one beyond Janine to speak with. I finally got new quotes from other companies and all of their quotes were half of what Abner quoted and they are repairing even more than what Abner reviewed with me. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company! Terrible customer service and they are significantly upcharging!! I thought the Amish would be decent and that’s why I went with them but they are even worse!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  Warning! Their sales staff was extremely rude and unprofessional! I would never recommend working with this company. Meeting ended after 35 minutes. No one should ever be treated and insulted by a company representative that is supposedly looking for work. Never even made it to getting an estimate. This company was a horrible fit for me, hopefully you get a better sales person to visit you. No work was provided.

  I paid good money for quality work and quality of work. I did not get the crew was at my house for four days 90% of the time they sat in your truck on your cell phones and then they said they completed the job they left trash in my front yard. that they never cleaned up I had to clean it up, I had to call them back because they did not finish the job. they did a half fast Job to complete the work which was not the quality of work that I paid for, so I called them leave message and they never call back. I called like three times same thing they do not call you back. They do not clean up after themselves. I found nails in my driveway. they were supposed to run a magnet down my driveway to pick up any nails and they did not do that, you will paying high dollar for them to come out and work. You better watch what they do because they will take shortcuts and charge you for the quality of work we’re supposed to do!!!!!! I would never ever pay for this company to come out and do work again at my house!,,,,,,,,,

  I have been dealing with a slate roof repair for almost 3 months now through this company. They have tried a few times to say the job was done, once in the very beginning when there was hardly even any work done. They have now been out to my house about five times, and the repair is still not done. This repair was a part of my house closing and settlement to repair what was found in the inspection report and I still literally have daylight coming in through my roof and exposed wood when they've tried saying the work is complete. I have been waiting over 2 weeks now just for a response.

  Horrible service. The sales representative, Abner, who came out to inspect and quote a slate roof repair, used a drone to document the roof and shared a video explaining everything that needed to be repaired. Based on that assessment, we approved the quote. After the work was completed by a different crew, we requested another drone inspection to confirm that the repairs had been completed properly. The crew told us they did not carry a drone and that we would need to contact the office. When we contacted the office, we were told they normally do not provide post-job drone inspections, but they would follow up. We made it clear that we would not submit final payment until we received visual confirmation that the work outlined in the quote had been completed. Several weeks later, Abner returned and performed another drone inspection. Although he did not share the video with us, he stated that he had identified a few areas that required additional work. A few days later, another crew arrived to “finish up” the job. We never received the promised video confirmation, but eventually decided to make the final payment. A few weeks later, we put our home on the market. During the buyer’s home inspection, the inspector identified sections of slate roofing that should have been repaired under the original scope of work provided by Abner but had not been addressed. I hope this information helps anyone considering hiring this contractor.

  Harrisburg/shingle replacement/Craig. Great communications throughout the process. Very efficient. Roof looks great. Craig came and explained the whole process to me regarding materials used and the quality of the materials. He then went up on my old roof and took a video of the many problem areas it had. My roof was old and I know it needed replacing and I was happy to have this company take care of it. The company itself was vrry efficient regarding when the job would be done, and it was actually done quite quickly after I had decided on this company. The guys did a great job and also did a fine job cleaning up. It only took them one day, and I feel that I have a fairly large roof. The following day, the dumpster was removed from my driveway. About a week later, I had a knock on my door, and it was Craig. He came to check on the roof job and also on my satisfaction regarding the job. He again went up on the roof and took another video of the new roof and then showed it to me and explained everything to me on his laptop. I am very happy with my new roof. I think it looks great.

  We could not be happier with the work that Middle Creek did at our home. The initial inspection was clear, informative and friendly - with a number of solid options presented to us. Communication and scheduling worked flawlessly. The crew showed up early, worked really well together, and aside from the full dumpster and a lovely new roof, by 4 pm it was as if they hadn't been here at all. Even our gardens and flower beds were untouched!!! Well done and thanks.

  I had several contractors come out and they claimed to have fixed my aging metal roof. They did not! I called Middle Creek Roofing and Craig came out and pinpointed what needed repaired. There was a couple of issues with the final result, but Craig made sure EVERYTHING was done to the highest standards! He made a video of my roof! It’s beautiful and I’m thankful that I put my trust in Craig and Middle Creek Roofing! I would recommend this company to everyone!

  Metal Creek roofing had a gentleman come out To look at my roof. The gentleman was very professional and very courteous, but I liked about him was that he took the time to explain things. In fact, he told me things I didn’t even know which was a big help on making a decision to have put all my roof.

  House located in Bernville. Received a shingle replacement. They did a great job! They were super professional, very respectful of the property, cleaned up everything afterwards, and I can’t believe how fast they were. The flashing around the chimney and windows is just beautiful. Really satisfied and highly recommend them to anybody who needs a new roof.
