  Our experience with Bachman roofing for our roof was a case of neglect and poor preparation. They came out set up but neglected to cover anything. Our initial conversation we were told our deck and everything on it will be covered . It was not covered and when they tore off the roof the deck was still wet and uncovered so the asphalt shingles made black marks all over our white deck . They tried to clean the asphalt marks off with some chemicals that left spot all over our deck . We had to repaint the deck. This company overcharges big time . I would not use them again. the windows were even a worse experience with Bachman roofing. I will leave another review for the windows.

  This business was matched to me through Lowe's for a quote for siding. First appt was canceled on the morning of my appointment with a text message stating they were under staffed. I called and left a message to reschedule but did not receive a callback for 3 days. I then called again and spoke with Marisa who was able to reschedule me for today at 6pm. I received a call today at 12:42pm from Marisa with news that my appointment was again canceled due to over booking. If you can't keep a simple quote appointment why would I want you do any business with you. I will be reaching out to Lowe's to advise that they stop referring potential clients to your company.

  My mother contracted Bachman's for a quote on new roof, siding, facia, soffit and gutters. The issues started with the pushy salesman they sent. At first, he just seemed like a nice guy, but the reality is he lied to my mother and father right from the begging. 1. The salesman made it seem as though union level workers (not in the union but very experienced) would show up to do the installation. What showed up was a group of South Americans that didn't speak any English and didn't care about the working done. 2. My parents told him they wanted the item replaced not changed. Nothing was the same. The siding isn't the same as the was already installed. They installed soffit that is not the same. Changed the colors of the drip edge. Did not install a gutter guard that is comparable to the existing one. There are a lot of complaints against them about these kinds of shady sales practices with elderly individuals like my parents. We would be fine with this if the work was done well. But there are numerous workman ship quality issues are still present they refuse to return to repair. 1. The gap between the gutters and facia in multiple locations. 2. Nails in the face of the siding and drip edge in multiple locations. 3. The gutter guards do not allow sufficient liquid to pass through even when cleaned out. 4. Installed a piece of flashing on the ends that is bent upwards. 5. Did not connect the ground wires to the flood lights and left the wire nut connections outside the construction box. 6. Screwed the flood light into the soffit instead of construction box. 7. My mother called them in the winter about ice buildup on the gutters/guards. They have lived in this house since it was built new and this never happened in the past. They sent an employee that looked at it but did nothing. If you value your time and money avoid Bachman's at all costs.

  I had a small roof leak in my home in Mickleton New Jersey. I reached out to High Point Roofing and Bachman's roofing to inspect and get an estimate for repairs, not a new roof. High Point roofing came out and advised that the roof leak was due to my chimney not having a storm collar; however, they did not install storm collars. They advised i should have a storm collar installed and if that did not work they provided an estimate for $950 to replaced a small section of roofing around the chimney/area that was leaking. Bachman's roofing came out to inspect after high point came out. When reaching out to Bachman's, i was very clear that i needed a company to install a storm collar on my chimney. After their inspection they advised that the leak was not due to the storm collar and that i needed a new section of roofing where the leak was present or a whole new roof. They quoted me $13k for the small section that High Point quoted $950 for. While at my residence they also advised that they do not do small jobs. Not sure why they were there as i fully explained over the phone that it was a small job. From my interaction with the sales rep (felt like a used car sales pitch) it was abundantly clear that they were trying to get me to spend as much money as possible and not fix my issue. Ultimately i had Krise services install the storm collar for $400 (recommended by high point roofing). Just had a big rainstorm last night and guess what, no water intrusion whatsoever. I would 100% suggest getting multiple opinions if considering using Bachman's roofing. Disclaimer: I have absolutely no affiliation with high point roofing or Krise services.

  Nobody here cares about you, they ONLY want your money. I SPENT 20K and tiffany gave me a 100gc for an apology, That ADDED to the DISRESPECT. Still haven't heard from ANYONE. Josh was great,Estimate was on may 15th. I was able to get scheduled for wed/27, moved to 28. I wasn't present for the installation. Everything looked great on thurs. When I spend 19,700 on a roof, my house is under 900sq foot. I expect a phone call after the installation for small talk and questions. Absolutely NOTHING. only the finance company on Mon. I felt forgotten. My biggest upgrade to my house and the company that did it didn't care. I've never FELT so DISRESPECTED, and ripped off from a business deal ever. NO a 100gc isnt going to smooth this over. Its in the mail. I've never encountered a customer service situation like this before.

  Pricing was egregiously high. Was quoted $60,000 for a roof replacement if I signed that day. However, I received 2 other quotes that were $15 to $20k. To be 400% higher on price shows a lack of understanding the market or knowingly trying to take advantage of customers.

  I chose Bachman's Roofing after having 5 other companies review the work to be done to replace my roof. Josh, their salesman, took his time to explain the details of what his company offered to match what I wanted in replacing my roof. He was not a high-pressure salesman. Actually, after we agreed on the price, he told me that I could get out of the contract within 3 days if I found something wrong after he left our meeting. My next contact from Bachman was with their Project Manager, Tiffany who contacted me to meet with her and their Crew Chief, Jared. I met with both on the day chosen and thoroughly went over the list of details Josh and I had discussed. I had more questions which were answered by Tiffany after that meeting in a timely manner by texts/phone calls. Tiffany kept in contact with me to arrange a date for the work to be done. A reminder text and exact dates were given so I could prepare for the dumpster and material drop off. The team arrived on the day chosen and Jared, Crew Chief, went over all the details with his team. The team proceeded to tarp, remove, apply decking, drip edge, starter shingle, underlayment, shingles, deck-air intake vents, copper flashing, in the most professional manner. You could see that they took pride in their work. The team worked in such a way as to keep the neighbors minimally disrupted. Upon completion of the job, the team cleaned up everything. A walk through was done with myself, Jared and Jordan (another Bachman associate) to be sure I was pleased with the end result. Which I was!! In brief: I chose Bachman's Roofing and I'm glad I did. Their professionalism is throughout the company. The quality of work top notch. I would recommend Bachman's Roofing to anyone interested in a roof project. Giles

  Our great experience started with Shayle from Bachman who came to our home, inspected and discovered our issue. He then worked within our budget to get the job done a great price. The crew that came were amazing, they completed our facia and soffet repair and replacement in one day! Very friendly, respectful and talented. I'd recommend Bachman to anyone needing home repair. Great people!!

  We were experiencing water leaking into our home during a very violent storm. My husband and I assumed it was coming from the roof and we called Bachman's Roofing for an appointment. Shayle arrived at our home and did an incredibly thorough inspection of our entire roof. He went into our attic, when it was over 132 degrees, checked every area where there was water leakage inside and completed his inspection with a drone that took multiple pictures of our roof. Shayle then went over everthing with us and responded to all of questions. In the final analysis, our roof did not require any immediate work and the water was coming from condensation. Shale was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. We were very impressed by him as well as with Bachman's Roofing and would not hesitate to recommend them. As a post script, there was no charge for this service!

  Our gutters were clogged after our roof installation. We called Bachman’s, and Jason Miller came out to fix it. He was wonderful. He kept me updated, and went above and beyond to try to fix the issue.

  Shannon was great. Roof and windows were doone exceptionally well. Vince and his team were very kind and thorough while installing my windows. I 100% recommend them to anyone who is thinking about getting work done on their house. We replaced two windows with a picture window and it is such a stunning piece of the room!
