  Quality of product is exceptional. Quality of install and sales mediocre. Sales person stated would not be a home depot install, not to mention ordering wrong item, installing wrong item and then waiting another month for correct item. We certainly paid more not to have a home depot install, but feel that is what we received, twice.

  Quality of work is good however the customer service from this company is a minus 5. Mast used a subcontractor trained trained their standard to do actual roofing. Crew was very polite and did 43 square of shingle removal and install in 1 day after that job went downhill. First removing dry vit was figured into original estimate. When crew started to remove it they said it was coming off very hard and just installing siding overtop of it would be better. We inquired with foreman on job if we would be refunded since dryvit was not being removed. He said twice we should be and would have the amount the next day. He never came back to the job, at end of job was told we would not be getting anything refunded because receptionist said they were on job a week longer than they thought. Also when installing siding, we were promised a "full crew" on first day 4 people showed up, the remainder of job 2 showed up. It shouldn't be our fault and we shouldn't be charged due to running over since a full crew wasn't provided. Next while finishing job an employee damaged a corner post cover on a 10 month old pole building with a roofing buggy. They replaced the cover but it has paint damage unlike the original. When doing final inspection today 10-7-2024 foreman stated it was already replaced and the scratch was just sealant. When arriving home after it was allegedly fixed it is still damaged, it appears what ever they used to crimp the end of the corner cap damaged the paint. Will not be using them to replace gutters as we discussed with salesman.

  I'm sorry to say that they haven't returned my call. Also, they have an AI phone system which is not very good. No direct to “operation” or “representative.”

  Called to get a free estimate for wind damage and they stated there is a "dispatch fee" in order to send someone out. Plenty of other companies that will give the free estimates. I will be taking my business elsewhere

  Previous home owner had chimney reflashed due to a leak, he got taken for a ride for $3300 and was left with a terrible installation which led to more water being funneled into the house which is now my problem. Mast offers a 90 day warranty (lol because they know their work won’t last past 90 days anyway) and has the audacity to charge me $100 to have someone come out and look at their mistake !? What an absolute disgrace. Good luck, you all have been warned.

  Hi Pat, thank you for your feedback. As discussed on the phone, an extensive repair was done a year and a half ago, which included the installation of a custom copper cricket to divert water away from the chimney. You mentioned on the phone that the stucco is currently falling off the chimney which is a possible cause of the leak. We don't do masonry work, so we recommend that you have a mason take a look at it for you. We're sorry you're dealing with this leak - we know it can be stressful - and we wish you the best!

  Nothing against Erich. He looked at the area of my concern and said he couldn't see anything amiss that would explain things. He suggested something I could try but can't be sure that would address the problem. My impression was that the $99 would provide me with a "comprehensive" roof system inspection including windows and gutters. Erich only looked at a small area until I asked if he was going to look at the rest of the roof. He also said they don't do window inspections for $99. So, I am disappointed as I thought I was getting more for the $99 than just a quick look at my area of concern.

  Bad News!! Estimator came and said he would have quote in 3 days. Those 3 days went on for a week-week and a half. Called and said they would contact estimator. No response. Called...They would talk to manager. No response. They said to make another appointment to meet and go over estimate....I said NO...I work and did not have time to go over estimate....Asked to send estimate...No...estimator will call....NO CALL!!

  Mast roofing did a great job. They are customer focused for sure. Time will tell how good of a job they did but so far no issues. I am confident that if an issue occurs they will take care of it in a timely manner. Their prices are high but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them.

  Easily, the best estimate experience I have ever had. Seth was knowledgeable and very transparent on the needs of my roof and potential problems that could arise during installation. Was not a pushy sales person when it came to talk about the project. If you are looking to get a roofing job done, get an estimate from Mast, you won't regret it. I will update review of work when the job is completed.
